Your tour will start with a pickup from the meeting point you select. Please notice, due to Museum's limitations exact time of pickup might be changed. Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is located in Oświęcim, about 65 km from Kraków. The drive to the museum will take approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. During the journey, your guide or driver will explain the itinerary step by step and answer any questions you may have. Before the tour begins, there will be a 15-minute break for restroom use.

The first part of your tour takes you to Auschwitz I, the original main concentration camp. Here, you will learn in detail about the establishment and early history of the camp, as well as various significant events that occurred at this site. 5.00This was excellent from start to finish and so slick a service. We were kept informed of pick up times and our Daniel was an absolute delight, friendly explained everything clearly and drove sensibly and well. The guide on the tour was exceptional and the tour although harrowing something everyone should do. We were so impressed with Touristco we booked directly withe them to go to the salt mines the next day. Again excellent clear instructions, great driver Mario and a great experience. Would recommend highly.

5.00A must do tour on your first trip to Krakow. The tour itself is undertaken by the museum with the operator providing the transportation to both Auschwitz and Birkenau and back to our hotel in krakow. Peter arrived on time and the journey was very comfortable. The tour itself was very thought provoking, the guide providing so much information facts and figures, delivered clearly with conviction. It’s a long tour 8 hours we could have done with more than a quick 10 minutes for food (due to the Auschwitz guide being a little late) but would def recommend.

5.00Excellent trip and well worth a visit.I had been warned that these trips do start early but the driver Daniel was perfect, picking us up at the hotel at exactly the right time and also being where he said he was going to be at every stage during our trip and returning us to the hotel.We were picked up at 0550 and was on the 0730 tour and we were back at the hotel at 1230 meaning we could fit a boat trip in during the afternoon.
