  We had a fantastic day with George seeing beautiful villages in the hills and a really lovely lunch at the top of the mountains. Really great to go with a local off the beaten track. Superb. Great fun , views and good company.

  A chance you should not miss! Leave the touristic main stream and visit places you really want. No hurry, relaxed and really private. astrongly recommended!

  After a few days driving ourselves we decides to book a trip with Trip a Tricks. We could not have chosen better! George is a relaxed, friendly guide who gave us the oppertunity to do things in our own pace and according to our own preferences. He picked us up from the villa and drove perfectly on the “difficult” greek roads. We wantend to combine villages (culture) and beaches (relaxation) which George guided balanced out perfectly. We visited an olive oil factory, mountain villages, abandoned airforce base, an crystal clear beach and ended our day picnicing at sunset. All through the day George provided water, delicious lunch, fruit and wine. Combined with all huis knowledge about the Island and well spoken English it was more than we could have wished for. Moreover he took pictures of us during the day which allows you to really enjoy the scenery instead of being busy with your own camera all the time. Thanks again for the wonderfull day George and we hope to welcome you in the Netherlands!

  We had such a perfect day. Guide, who spoke excellent english had a great knowlage about history, culture, nature and everything of places we visidet and Greece in general. We learned a lot. We had a freedom to decide contain of the trip ourself, have stops when we wanted and when George (the guide) told us which possibilities we had, we could pick those which interessed us. This is a perfect choice for people who want a private tour in their own way, without a huge group of tourists. This way you get to know the guide, and become friends during the day. That creates a good atmosphere. We lived in Paleros (about 35 minutes away from Lefkada), but it was no problem for George to pick us up from hotel in Paleros for a small amount of money, and drive us back there after the trip. The first stop was at the beautiful waterfall in Nigiri. The way we made our trip has shown us the hidden pearls of local folklore. We have seen an old olive oil factory with its lovely owner. Then we went to a mountain village famous worldwide for its yummy lentils, we have also seen to other charming mountain villages, a church built on 2000 meters over the sea level! And one very interesting monastry with a mini zoo and a folklore museum. We were also taken to an old, abandoned american army base with huge antenas. Impressive. The trip ended with a picnic by old windmills. George treated us with a picnic of local food and wine tasting. During the trip we also got some delicious fruit salad of fresh fruit which he prepared on the trip. Lovely food, and the menu was prepared by a dietologist, so you dont even have to bring your own food. It was enough for the whole day. In general, we felt really taken care of. We got so much for the money, George was so kind and interesting. It was like spending a day with a friend. George really knows Lefkada in and out, and on a trip with him you can see places which are hard to find for tourists. We are super thankfull and happy with the trip. We totally recomend it. George was taking photos during the day, and after the trip he sent us a big album of professional memory pictures. This is a wonderfull addiction. Thank you George <3 !
