  Damian our driver was great. He picked us up with no delays from our Hotel instead of the meeting point which helped us out a lot. We also opted for the pack lunch as it was too early to get breakfast and a busy day with the tour. It was great value for money. £12 for a big baguette with any filling, a croissant, apple juice, crisps, water, chocolate and fruit! The day ran smoothly and our tour guide was amazing. It was such a sad experience being there but definitely worth a visit. Seeing it in real life was such a surreal feeling. We were told lots of information and any questions we had our tour guide would answer as best as he could. His English was great . Overall definitely worth the visit. Thank you guys !

  I must say Damien was fantastic, the whole trip was very well organised, he even messaged the day before to see if we would like a fresh sandwich lunch pack at a small cost ofcourse (vegan option also available if required). Highly recommended and definitely worth the little bit extra cost for a smaller group tour. Kept us updated on his arrival time to collect us from the hotel. Just faultless and 1 million percent would highly recommend 👌🙌

  Absolutely amazing experience. Sorted us out last minute when GYG cancelled our trip a day before. Damian was lovely and very helpful. A funny character as well. Me and my partner were so happy with the entire experience, would recommend to anyone!

  Booked last minute whilst in Krakow. Communication via WhatsApp was very easy. They booked our tickets on our behalf with no upfront payments. Picked up from hotel at said time. Group tour was well organised. Extra detail of buying a packed lunch was such a great idea, and for price, it was worth the extra. One of my group did struggle with mobility so didn't finish 2nd walk, I messaged driver, he arranged to collect us, took us to a local cafe whilst rest of group finished the final tour. Another one of my group left a hat on bus, next day, it was put behind our hotel reception and message left telling me it was there. Great service from start to finish.

  Excellent Experience – Highly Recommended! Alex and the whole crew were extremely accommodating and so friendly from start to finish. Their guidance throughout the day was excellent. We were a group of 11 women from Ireland, and they made sure everyone felt comfortable and well looked after. We would highly recommend the lads for any day trips — a fantastic experience all around! Everything was reasonably priced also.

  Visiting Auschwitz was an incredibly moving and important experience. It’s difficult, heavy, and something every traveler should approach with respect and openness. Our visit was very well organized, and having a knowledgeable guide truly made all the difference. Their explanations brought context, humanity, and clarity to what we were seeing, helping us understand both the history and the individual stories behind it. A few things future visitors should know: expect a lot of walking, dress for the weather, and prepare emotionally—this isn’t a typical tourist stop. The grounds are expansive, and the weight of the history stays with you long after you leave. Give yourself time to reflect and process. Overall, the visit was profoundly impactful, educational, and handled with the sensitivity it deserves. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn, remember, and honor those affected. Highly recommend making this part of your trip.

  Great experience - booked last minute due to another provider letting us down. Transport arrived on time, driver Simon was polite and explained how the day would go. Tour went without issue (740am start), tickets were ready on arrival and swift transport back to Krakow afterwards. Couldn’t fault anything. Thanks again :)

  We had a very educational and interesting day at Auschwitz and Birkenau. We had already seen a lot about it, but this truly hit hard; the sheer scale of everything was impressive (or overwhelming). ​Everything was well organized by you; the pick-up and drop-off at the hotel was great. ​Just one minor point: I felt we went through it very quickly. I would have preferred to take a bit more time myself, but all in all, it was well taken care of.
