During the whole journey, from pickup to drop off, you are looked after by a qualified English-speaking driver who will make you feel safe and comfortable. We provide comfortable private transport. You will be able to spend more time learning about culture and history instead of standing in a long queue for tickets.
IMPORTANT: Due to the complicated booking procedure, it is not possible to choose the tour time. Hotel pickup times are confirmed after 3:00 PM one day before the tour.

Krakow
Hotel pickup takes place 2 hours before the scheduled tour time. We provide a safe ride with an English-speaking driver in a comfortable car/minivan. The route from Krakow to Auschwitz takes 1.5 hours.
Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
The driver will take you to the entrance and give you tickets. Then you will have a security check similar to the one at the airport. ID cards will also be checked. The tour takes place in a 30-person group with a local guide. Each participant receives headphones. The first part of the tour is Auschwitz 1 - it lasts about 2 hours. Then there will be a 15-minute break during which the driver will take you to the second part of the museum - Birkenau. You will spend about 1 hour here. After the tour, the driver will take you back to the hotel.

5.00Alex introduced himself via text the day before and gave us information about the itinerary. The day of the trip he text before he collected us and was there as he said he would be. The drive over was relaxing and he pointed out things of interest. On our return we asked him for a lift to the airport which he did for us. He's a really nice guy. Book with him with confidence. Al service.

5.00Very helpful before booking- answered any questions we had about tickets etc and time pick ups. Excellent communication prior to pick up. Times and locations accurate and on time. Offered lunches for extra charge. Transport was provided and immaculate a comfy and clean ride to the destination. Friendly driver and very helpful. Tickets provided- no queuing. Smooth transitions to different locations. Highly recommend this company when visiting krakow. Worth every penny. Before booking we asked questions and got clear answers.
