  An exceptional company, pickup was punctual. It was worth getting up early in the morning, as soon as we arrived, we were one of many groups to enter first thing, arrive later, possibility you might have to wait. We were a small group of 8. Thankyou Damien 😀

  Wow! This trip was so well organised. Damian arrived on time and made me feel comfortable for the journey. Tickets were there when we arrived and our tour guide. Auschwitz and Birkenau was a very emotional journey but I would not have missed this trip. Damian was an amazing guide and I would recommend using this company. Brilliant.   Well organized, comfortable trip to the sad place, time in history.Damian our driver was very prompt, communicative, and thoughtful.The whole experience was just enough time and the price seemed right.

  Damian was our driver and he was fab, accommodating and we didn’t have to wait to get in to Auschwitz! He then organised us a taxi to the airport for early hours of the morning so that was really helpful. Would 100% recommend

  Damian was a helpful driver and happy to pick us up at a slightly different location. (Due to road closures by our hotel) We really wanted a smaller transfer group, and that is exactly what we got. It saved a lot of time this way. The tour was educational and informative. Groups were kept small throughout and spread out across the sites. This was perfect for me, as I'm not great with being surrounded by too many people.

  Our trip to Auschwitz’ was very impressie. We were picked up at our hotel on the scheduled time. Driver Mathew was very nice, and Rolf us a lot about Poland during the trip to and from Auschwitz. The guide in Auschwitz’ had a lot of knowledge. And was very respectfull towards the history of the location. A very impressive visit.

  I’m writing this in two parts. Transport wise, Damian was our tour driver and was very good, prompt, helpful etc. vehicle was modern, comfortable etc - no complaints and his English and conversation and advise was great.When we got to Auschwitz there is some magic that happens where tickets are found and handed out and you are then handed over to your official tour guide with a larger tour group. This too went fine for us, but there is a little waiting time involved as there are many people trying to do the tour - it is a little chaotic but I don’t believe that was down to Damian hence split into two categories. In respect of the tour itself Auschwitz was very good, but as we weren’t picked up until 1pm, by the time we got to Birkenau ( you get transported there separately by your driver and meet up with your official tour guide again) it was dark, rainy and there is no light or cover and you are walking across muddy paths and fields and as you no longer have the tour headphones you can’t really hear as much your guide is telling you. So my advice is - try go in the morning if it’s the winter months or take a head torch and brolly! Journey back with Damian was great, he met us outside and took use all back to our accommodation.

  Our driver, Wiktor was lovely. We were messaged the day before with a time of collection and this was spot on. We were offered a packed lunch at an extra cost as there aren’t many places to eat at Auschwitz and it can be quite pricey in the restaurant that they do have. I would definitely want to use him again if we were to need to

  Our driver Damien was very punctual and reliable ,the vehicle very clean and tidy ,nice safe journey .we took the option of lunch for an extra charge but well worth it as you haven't much time between the tours .the trip itself was very good but very emotional ,I would definitely recommend a tour guide extremely knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend this trip
