Due to the new Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum policy, name and surname of each customer are obligatory and need to be provided accurately at the time of booking. In case name or surname is incorrect, this may result in customer paying for their ticket at Auschwitz themselves or even prevent customers from visiting the Museum. Each traveller needs to have valid ID or passport at the Auschwitz Museum.
By booking less than three months before the planned tour date, the customer acknowledges that online tickets for Auschwitz may no longer be available due to museum restrictions and high demand, as tickets often sell out well in advance. In such cases, tickets will need to be purchased on-site by the driver at the ticket office, which may involve waiting in line
If a booking is made just a few days in advance, the tour operator will arrange an early departure from Warsaw (around 4 am) to secure tickets on the spot. However, the local provider cannot be held responsible for ticket availability at the ticket office
If tickets are sold out, customers will be refunded the nominal price of the museum entry tickets, but not the cost of the entire tour. Alternatively, clients can opt for a non-guided visit to Kraków's Old Town. Such situations are extremely rare and beyond the control of the local provider
Pickup is available from hotels in Warsaw city centre - there might be a supplement for pickups outside the city centre. You'll be picked up between 4.00 am and 8.00 am. The tour operator will confirm the exact pickup time the day before the tour
The museum requires the name and surname of every guest, please add this additional information at checkout. Providing a wrong name and surname will prevent customers from entering the museum

5.00My friends and I booked a spontaneous trip to Warsaw, Poland, without any set plans, and AB Poland Travel truly came through for us with a last-minute booking to Auschwitz. They picked us up directly from our Airbnb in a clean, comfortable Mercedes-Benz. Our driver, Pawel, was not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke perfect English and Spanish and began sharing fascinating historical insights during the drive, he was so engaging that we actually thought he was our tour guide! The Auschwitz tour itself was a deeply moving and sobering experience, an essential visit for any history enthusiast or anyone seeking to truly understand what happened there during World War II. After the tour, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Polish lunch with Pawel, which was the perfect way to end the day. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend booking the luxury car option if you’re traveling from Warsaw. The drive takes a little over three hours each way (without traffic), so it’s well worth enjoying the journey in comfort.

5.00Auschwitz Day Tour from Warsaw my private car including lunch was good. The private driver, Martil* was punctual and courteous, as well as helpful. The Auschwitz staff/guides have the tours well organized. Lunch was delicious Tip for travelers/tourist: try to book while in advance or be prepared to pay extra, as in almost double.

5.00The tour is very worthwhile, it is a place you must know at least once in your life to really understand what the prisoners went through. Also our private driver was very friendly and attentive. I'm taking very fond memories.

5.00Our tour was amazing and our drivers and guides took very good care of us. It was wonderful having all the stress taken out of figuring out how to get to Alschwitz from Warsaw (and getting tickets) and that helped us to just enjoy the amazing tour. All in all it was a great and filling day and I would recommend this tour!
