A stunning experience! We enjoyed every moment! Fine wines, the cheeses and meats alongside the wines are of high quality and very tasty. But most importantly the host. Stylianos is charismatic, an expert in his field, full of knowledge, attentive and eloquent. We had a great time with him, the two hours just flew by. We were left wanting more and will definitely return on our next visit to Vienna. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful experience for all wine enthusiasts whether you are a novice or more experienced with wine tasting. Our host Stylianos provided an intimate educational experience in which we learned a great deal about Austrian wine making, and the art of wine tasting with 6 different selections of Austrian wines paired with a charcuterie board. We received educational materials as well. I would highly recommend this experience.

Wow, This wine tasting experience was absolutely fabulous. We are avid wine drinkers and have been to countless tastings in the US and Europe and quite honestly this was the BEST experience we have ever had at a tasting. The owner Stylianos was extremely professional and well prepared for this tasting. He presented a vast array of information on all the wines we sampled and answered all of our questions. The venue he has for his tastings is very nice and well appointed and the 2 hour tasting just flew by. My wife and I hope to return at a latter date to Vienna and see Stylianos again for another wine experience. If you are into Wine or want to learn about wine do not miss this experience!

This was a very informative and pedagogical experience, in an informal and friendly atmosphere. Mr Stylianos Stavridis provided a structured and very knowledgeable presentation of Austrian wines, and he also managed to answer all questions that we had. He also showed great adaptability to our small group’s level of pre-hand knowledge and ambitions, and he was very supportive and attentive. To sum up: We had a great wine- and social experience here, and we learnt a lot of Austrian wine in a rather short amount of time. I highly recommend the “Austrian Wine Tasting”, both for people with some knowledge of Austrian wine as well as for interested beginners.

Stylianos is very knowledgeable of wine. He made us feel very comfortable and we learned a lot. We tasted seven wines and had some delicious cheese and meats to go along with each one. It was a very nice afternoon.

A great journey through Austrian wines. Stylianos (Stelios in short) has exceeded all expectations. His breath of knowledge is amazing but above all it was his guidance during the tasting of each wine. Each glass was presented and discussed and he helped us draw all we should from a glass of wine… aromas, taste, acidity, boldness… I would repeat the session any time as Stelios changes the wines often to keep it interesting. A plate of cheeses per person accompanies the tasting and Stelios suggests the pairing. The event takes place in a specially designed space dedicated to wine tasting. We tasted Guner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling from local producers but the highlight (and the surprise) of the evening were the reds Sankt Laurent and Blaufrankisch. Didn’t expect that. So happy to have joined this event.

We highly recommend experiencing Austrian wines with owner, Stylianos. He was very knowledgeable about the wines of the region as well as the local cheese. He had a vast knowledge of the wine industry as a whole. He can also host tastings from other countries. This should be one of your stops in Vienna.

We not only had a great time with wonderful conversation in general, but Stylianos’s wine knowledge of Austrian wines in particular, gave us a new awareness of a whole new market. The Austrian wines are excellent!
