In your 1-hour hands-on cooking class in Tallinn, join Evita in her home kitchen to learn to cook some of her favorite dishes. You’ll prepare two dishes from scratch, a main course and either a soup or dessert. Evita will guide you through each step of the process, sharing stories, tips, and cultural anecdotes along the way. After cooking, sit down together at the dining table to enjoy the meal you helped prepare. If you choose the market + meal experience, you’ll begin with a visit to Keskturg Market before returning to Evita’s home for a delicious home-cooked meal. Located in the center of Tallinn, Keskturg is a covered market offering fresh fruits, vegetables, street food, baked goods, clothing, and antiques. Walk through the stalls with Evita as she explains what’s in season, pointing out local fruits, vegetables, herbs, dairy and meat. You’ll also have the chance to interact with the vendors, and depending on the menu, you might even pick up a few items for your meal. The market tour lasts about 30–45 minutes, after which you'll walk back to Evita’s apartment on foot (about 15 minutes) to begin your dining experience.
