If you want to discover, taste and learn how to make typical recipes of Sicilian and Italian cuisine, then this is the right experience for you!
I will make you discover and love making fresh pasta. We will make one filled pasta recipe and two simple ones together! You will learn to cook these typical pasta dishes from my land!! We will cook together and they will taste the prepared pasta, seasoned with a typical Sicilian sauce. After preparing and cooking we will sit in the garden to enjoy our dishes.

5.00Francesca was fantastic! She had things very organized and also taught us a lot about prepping and cooking. We made 3 different fresh handmade pastas and sauces. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our meal together. Great family adventure!

5.00Francesca was an absolute delight! I lucked out as the only person to book with her for my particular slot, so got a personal cooking class. She made sure I had the right directions ahead of time, and when I arrived taught me how to make 3 delicious dishes that I will absolutely be making for all my friends when I get home! While we were making the pastas from scratch and making the sauces, each one unique in its own way to Sicily, we talked about why and how each one was done differently here than anywhere else in the world. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Francesca’s class to anyone looking for an authentic experience. 5 stars!

5.00Cooking with Francesca felt like cooking with family, it was warm, fun and delicious! Our kids absolutely adored this experience and it was so special to learn to make so many dishes. We will cherish this memory as a family. Also, the pastas were the best meal we had in all of italy. So delicious! Francesca was a delight to spend the day with and she was wonderful with the whole family!

5.00This was an absolutely amazing experience! It ended up being a private class for us, which was great. Francesca is very passionate about cooking and is an excellent teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our cooking questions. She made us feel apart of her family!

5.00Francesca was an amazing hostess, teacher, and cook. We were two separate groups of people in her class, and she did a great job of creating a collaborative environment. The food was just incredible, and I really that making all the recipes at home is quite doable. I highly recommend Francesca’s class.

5.00Francesca gave us an excellent experience while ensuring we could have a great time with a large group of friends. She kept us on task when needed but was flexible with our group as we kept the drinks flowing on our own. We made plenty of pasta and had leftovers for later. Highly recommend!
