With your local guide by your side, you’ll skip past the tourist traps and discover the city’s culinary highlights in some of our favorite local neighborhoods.
You’ll sample classic Austrian dishes like goulash, käsekrainer (sausage with cheese), tafelspitz (boiled beef), and/or krautfleckerl (cabbage and noodles). You’ll also get to taste some Austrian sweet treats like apricot dumplings and homemade cake. Wash it all down with a beer or spritzwein, and a coffee or tea in a local cafe. Note that our tours vary with whatever is on season and on the menu that day.

5.00Christoff was superb! So knowledgeable of the city and good culture, very dry humor which we loved, highly engaging! We tried multiple stops but my favorite as the apple streudel and schnitzel with potato salad - yummy! Do not eat breakfast, you will be stuffed! Loved that we traveled to different regions of the city to explore the famous foods of Vienna. Highly recommend!

5.00So much information and food and drink.. it's was sooo delicious! Things we wouldn't have ordered or known where to find.. Also information on the history and Vienna's traditions... and where to go and how to get there.. a must tour! Maria was lovely and brilliant and handled everything perfectly! Our little group was the perfect size!

5.00This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on and I’m well-traveled enough. The tour guide Christoph was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The food was good to spectacular. Utilizing trams and subways allowed us to feel more comfortable navigating the city the rest of our time in Vienna and variety of districts visited felt like we got a broad range of what Vienna had to offer. We loved it and highly recommend anyone else coming to Vienna to sign up for one of these in the early part of your trip.

5.00What a treat! See what I did there? Sorry. Meals were lovely, sweets not too sweet, wine had fresh spring fruity taste, coffee was, well coffe, what would you expect. The guide was nice, you had that cozy feeling from him, no shovelware, no pushing to buy things on top of the tour price. There was no rush to go to the next place, so whole trip was relaxing AF. You really get to take in the atmosphere, how it works in Vienna, you get to know which places are really nice to visit and when. A must have for first time Vienna visitors. You get so much information, it's bonkers. This tour is legit

5.00What an absolutely brilliant time we had on Wolfi's tour of Vienna! I had booked the tour as a treat for my partner, since we were in Vienna for his birthday, and we both had the best time. Wolfi was fascinating and full of information about Vienna, Austria, the food scene, and more besides. He was warm and interesting, and provided an excellent balance between giving us heaps of information about what we were doing and eating, and also leaving us to enjoy the experience. He took us to places we would never have considered visiting, but which were truly wonderful, as well as some more classic venues (like a coffee house and a traditional restaurant). I don't really want to give too much away in case I spoil it for anyone, but suffice it to say that I don't think there is anything I would change about this tour. We talked about it for the rest of our trip and even tried to return to one of the venues, but it was too full to get in, so we realised how lucky we were to visit the first time! Wolfi also sent us a list of places to visit after the tour was over, which proved very helpful indeed (we went to two of his recommendations and had wonderful times there too!) All in all, a fantastic way to explore Vienna, get to know Austrian culture, and spend several hours in this gorgeous city. A word of warning: come hungry, definitely don't eat breakfast beforehand. You will leave absolutely stuffed!!

5.00Wolfy was an incredible guide. I have never had so much fun on a tour! He was warm and knowledgeable about the history, culture, social changes, and food of this beautiful city. He kept us laughing for hours, but we could tell he takes showcasing his hometown quite seriously. I would be lucky have him as a guide in the future!
A great tour where customer satisfaction is the first priority. We'll be back!

5.00Booking the "Authentic Vienna Food Tour" was just the right decision! From the center at St. Stephen's Cathedral, we reached the lovingly selected locations with the culinary specialties typical of Vienna by bus and train. Whether sweet or savoury, from the Sachertorte to the Wiener Würstel, everything was served in the best quality, accompanied by expert guides Wolfgang (Wolfy) and Patrick. You can see that the goal here is to offer the customer "value for money". We recommend this tour without restriction to anyone who wants to get to know Vienna from its tastiest side! 5.00We’ve done food tours all over the world and this food tour was EXCEPTIONAL! Kristoff was an amazing guide, taking us to places all over the city that are off the beaten path - and most of all- delicious! My 11 year old son enjoyed the tour just as much as I did. We tried Viennese specialties, local dishes, treats and drinks- all while Kristoff gave us information about the city, country, food and culture. I can’t recommend this tour enough - it was so much fun. You’ll leave very full and won’t need a dinner reservation.
