Rafael met us immediately past security at the cruise terminal. He walked us to his Mercedes van parked 50 feet away. From that point on, he shared the love of his home with us. He did a great job taking us to all the places to see and was able to miss the busloads of tourists in each spot. It was a pleasant way to see the island in a leisurely way. Can't recommend this enough.

We had a wonderful tour guide, Jose. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative about Ponte Delgado and the tour of Sete Cidades. It was a wonderful tour, we saw many beautiful places, and he was extremely accommodating. We would highly recommend this tour.

We spent a lovely afternoon with Mario. The van was comfortable and nice way to spend a day after several days of hiking. Mario was so informative and interesting! The views were breathtaking and surprises were welcome. We stopped off for a snack and rest and then finished with a visit to a pineapple farm. Completely unexpected! I highly recommend this tour.

Erik was a great guide and friendly with kids. He helped watch our little one and even entertained them at the many places we stopped. He grew up on the island with a long family history there so was great to talk to him about island life and what to explore. He knew alternatives for places to eat and places to take us.

The trip was fantastic from start to finish. Would give 6 stars to Mario if able. Such a knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful person. He was the best guide we could have hoped for. So knowledgeable about the Azores and saw such beauty.

Three of us were led by. Mario Rosa of Idílico Azores Inspire of foggy conditions, Mario is an excellent guide. With passion he guided us through the history of the region., The floraand fauna and economics of the area. Mario also shared historical and cultural history making the place come alive. We would certainly recommend him😊
