After you book a airport pick up service from us, we will ensure that you will be picked up according to the data that you filled in such as the fight number, date, hotel name, total participants and total baggage. After you arrive at Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport, make sure you turn on the internet so we can keep in touch via WhatsApp, messenger, or line. After you have completed checking at immigration and customs, you will go to the exit of the arrival gate. Keep going until you find a waiting area where many drivers are waiting for their customers with a name sign. Our team will be waiting there holding a orange sign with your name on it . Note: Waiting time is 90 minutes from landing time, unless there is communication before. Extra charge for waiting time is IDR 50k /hour.

5.00Absolutely fantastic service. Driver was polite, helped with our luggage, showed no frustrations despite being held up in baggage are for an hour. He was there with a smile and our name signs. This kind of service in a lesson to the Western cultures. Just pure courteous and affable demeanor.

5.00Desman is the best driver in Bali - honestly couldn’t recommend him more. He was so kind, helpful and full of great advice on where to go (and where not to go), and even helped us get amazing discounts along the way. At one point I wasn’t feeling well and mentioned ginger candy helps. We couldn’t find any anywhere… later he surprised me with a big packet he’d asked his friend to buy for me. Such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much. Truly went above and beyond and made our trip so easy and enjoyable. If you need a driver in Bali, he’s the one!
