Puseh Batuan Temple
The Batuan temple is considered as the oldest temple in Bali Island. This temple was designed with Balinese ornaments and the roof was made from the fiber of the coconut tree with black color. The temple location is strategic, which is on the side of the main road that connected Denpasar to Ubud. For over than a thousand of year, Batuan has transformed into the artist and craftsmen village, old legend, and also mysterious stories.The Batuan temple was built in the year of 944 Isaka or 1020 AD. Almost 1000 years old, this temple can be categorized as Puseh temple according to the concept of “Tri Kahyangan or Tri Murti”. This is also makes this temple as the oldest temple in Bali island.

5.00Nyoman is an excellent driver and guide. He speaks English well having worked on cruise ships previously. He is a native Balinese and knows the island very well. He is friendly, unobtrusive and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to family and friends in future visits to Bali.

5.00Wayan and our driver Nyoman contacted us two days before the trip to give us pickup details. Nyoman picked us up at the cruise port. He was very friendly, spoke excellent English and was full of interesting information. The excursion was exactly as described although we opted to skip the waterfall because of time. Speaking of time, whatever you have heard about Bali traffic, it is worse! Of the 9 hours on the tour, 6 were in the car in traffic, hardly moving. That said, Nyoman used to work on cruise ships so he understands that you need to be back in time. We highly recommend this tour.

5.00Excellent experience.Wayan was a good communicator and we knew exactly when and where to meet to meet.Our guide ,Komang made us feel welcome and taught us us about Balinese history and culture. We saw everything promised in the tour and he got us back to the ship early as we requested.

5.00We had such a great time and had a really good insight for our first trip to Bali. Wiri was an amazing driver and gave us lots of information and was happy to answer any questions. Lunch was delicious and in such a lovely setting. We would highly recommend this excursion
