Epic experience, I’m so glad I did this! It’s a super early morning, but so worth it! The hot air balloon ride at sunrise over the pyramids was just a magical experience. We were in the air for about 40mins, which was more than I expected. That’s of course the highlight, but having breakfast in the cave restaurant was cool (food was good), walking around the pyramids was fascinating (though we went through pretty quickly as some in the group were eager to get home), and there’s a stop at a local shop where you taste some tequila, mezcal, and pulche and you can buy souvenirs there. Our guide Jerry was really great and took care of us. Definitely recommend this tour!

It’s a very early start but don’t be put off it’s worth it. Taking off in a balloon with 100 other balloons and drifting over this amazing site is something else. All the staff were so professional and safety was paramount. The rest of the day was superb and we returned to our hotel exhausted but elated

I was scared of the balloon but it felt really safe up there and was truly a highlight of my trip (and of all activities I’ve done traveling, ever!). The whole day was arranged beautifully and I’m so glad I did it. If you are solo don’t worry, you’ll meet people just like I did!

Incredible experience. 10/10 recommend this activity for anyone traveling to Mexico City. Everything was organized perfectly - the pickup was right on time at our hotel (very early!), the hot air balloon experience was surreal, and the visit afterwards to the pyramids was a wonderful way to wrap up the day. Definitely recommend bringing layers and a hat. It’s chilly in the morning, but warms up quickly as the sun. Thank you so much to Abril and Sergio to making a day to remember!
