For safety reasons, passengers weighing more than 100 kg (220 lb) will be charged an additional fee per kilogram, which will be covered directly on the day of the experience.
This experience is not wheelchair accessible due to the nature of the activity (hot air balloon flight). Participants must have the physical ability to climb and climb off the balloon basket on their own, as access involves moves similar to climbing a high step. Our team can offer basic assistance during boarding and descent, but travelers must be able to make these movements independently to ensure their safety. For safety reasons, this activity is not recommended for people with back problems, pregnant women or people with serious medical conditions, including heart problems. All participants are advised to be in an adequate general physical condition to fully enjoy the experience.

First time (flight at dawn): 4 : 10 - 4 : 50 a.m. Second time (flight 7 : 00 a.m.): 5 : 30 - 6 : 00 a.m. We started the experience with pickup from your hotel or Airbnb (within a radius of 5 km of the Angel of Independence). Our team will contact you in advance to confirm the exact time according to the selected schedule. Punctuality is key to enjoy the experience to the fullest.
First time (flight at dawn): arrival between 5:40 and 6:00 a.m. Second time (flight 7 : 00 a.m.): arrival approximately 6 : 30 a.m. Arrival at the take-off area where your hot air balloon experience will begin. Takeoff takes place minutes after dawn, allowing you to enjoy panoramic views of Teotihuacan and its surroundings in optimal conditions. The flyover of the archaeological area depends on the weather conditions, as the wind direction determines the path of the balloon. The flight is shared. By 7:00 a.m., this will depend on the operation of the first time at dawn. It is recommended to select this schedule only in case of unavailability on the earlier flight, considering that the sunrise experience offers the best visibility conditions.

5.00We booked this experience with great excitement, and it was undoubtedly something wonderful. The hot air balloon flight was spectacular; the views of Teotihuacan at sunrise are incredible. Everything was very well organized, from the transportation and picking us up at our hotel, the balloon flight, the breakfast, to the guided tour within the archaeological zone. The staff at Aerotours were very kind and attentive; it shows that they care about the passengers enjoying the experience. Totally recommended for couples, friends, or family. I loved it!

The hot air balloon ride over Teotihuacan was impressive; everything was very well organized, the team was always friendly, and they made us feel safe at all times. The breakfast in the cave was spectacular, and the entire tour was totally worth it. Without a doubt, we would do it again with Aerotours; I highly recommend it for coming with friends and having an unforgettable experience!

Seeing the sunrise from the hot air balloon is something incredible, and the staff was always very attentive and professional. We had the best pilot, and the breakfast in the natural cave was wonderful. Without a doubt, a complete and perfect experience; we will do it again and return with Aerotours.

5.00An amazing experience. I flew with my partner and we were delighted. Pilot Augustine gave us a little explanation of the flight and Aerotours team was always on the lookout for us and all our doubts. The sunrise on the pyramids is something impressive, the breakfast in the cave was delicious and the tour was excellent without a doubt a super recommended experience. We'd do it a thousand times again!
