You will start the city tour along the main avenue of the city, Atlântica Avenue. Make the first stop in Barra Norte, with time for photos.
Molhe - Barra Sul

1.00Tour guide simply didn't show up or reply to messages. I was at the pick up point early and waited for another 20min after the pickup time. Currently waiting for a refund. I would advise booking through a different tour company.

4.00Entertaining experience only the traffic is very dense so later times are limited. Still the friendly guide, does not speak Spanish, still could understand the instructions. Truth is not guide is more an escort who gave us instructions and wait for us.
For beach lovers and restless tourists

5.00We had chosen Florianopolis due to the fact that we are not beach lovers but we prefer to mix nature, culture, food, a little bit of shopping and beaches. Florianopolis has everything we were looking for. We stayed in a hotel in the center of the city (Porto da Ilha Hotel). So we had many places to visit at walking distance. As we didn't rent a car (next time we will) we only visited 3 beaches with Uber (the island has beaches for all tastes: quiet, family, posh, for young people, for surfers...). The people are so friendly, the food is quite good, prices are tempting and we feel very safe walking around. Five days are enough if you won't spend time laying under the sun in the many magnificent beaches the island has. We loved it!!!

1.00I bought this tour through Viator, but I never went on it. I lost two days because of the inconsistency between the tour operator and Viator. On the first day, Viator gave me a wrong address, so I went to that address and waited for about 45 minutes, but no one came. No matter how many times I called the tour operator, they wouldn't pick up the phone. When I told Viator, they were supposed to refund my money, but after talking to the tour operator, they said they couldn't do it and instead told me to go on this tour the next day. So, I extended my hotel stay by one day. This time, they gave me another address. The next day, when I went, no one showed up at the appointment. During a call with the tour operator through a person who spoke Portuguese (because they didn't speak any other language other than Portuguese), they said that my tour was scheduled for yesterday and that they didn't have a place for me on the tour today, and I didn't go on this tour again. I contacted Viateur and they said we will follow up on this and request a refund. But after a day they said the tour operator would not accept my refund, they did something to me that made me lose my money, pay for an extra day at the hotel, and also ruined two valuable days that I could have done something else. Their actions are completely unprofessional and in my opinion, it is a form of theft.

4.00Beautiful day out. The Jurassic, Ocean and vintage car experience imparticular. The 3D and Pirate experience I would not recommend , because of the long wait in queues for the short experience. Furthermore, I think the 3D building too small for the event and queues and needs better management at the entrance.
Live happily in Florianopolis, the paradise of my heart.

5.00Excellent tour, I want to highlight that at every break I could listen to music in relation to Florianopolis and BRAZIL, the guides are aware that it vibrates loud listen to music and relate to the streets and their stories left me that feeling of staying, I cried when I said goodbye to Florianopolis, thank you for making my life HAPPY 🇨🇱❤️🇧🇷

1.00Context: Gray Line Brazil offers the tour one business day of its schedule in a challenging climate; however, there is NO announcement of changes to the itinerary prior to the meeting point search. Gray Line Brazil, which is the company that offers the tour, subcontracts to CG Turismo to carry it out (information obtained later). The tour proceeds with the collaboration of the tour guide designated by the company CG Turismo, breaching the itinerary in form and times. At the second real stop in the Unipraias Camboriú Park, the tour guide reports that the park is closed for weather conditions and offers to change the itinerary of the tour to make an attraction that is NOT contemplated. I approached the guide in the presence of several tour users to request additional information and explanations of why to make the tour if the weather conditions were not suitable even from the skillful schedule to contract the services; and in response I get that CG Turismo was subcontracted by the company Gray Line Brazil and that they do not manage administrative solutions. When I contact Gray Line Brazil via courier and request the refund of the money motivated by the breach of the contracted service I have not obtained any response.
