  The city-tour had several changes in relation to the route informed in the contract. First, it was confirmed time for search in a hotel very far from the information on the voucher. Afterwards, a walk was requested to the meeting point of the start of the tour justifying that a micro bus has difficulty circulating in the city center. The script informed the beginning in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, but started by walking in the historic center, which was not in it, and suppressed stops in Jurere and Praia dos Ingleses. Worse was the return to the hotel as the bus is still circulating in the north of the island and it takes a long time to return to the center of the city.

  I want to express my displeasure with the tour I recently hired. As agreed, the tour included a 15-minute walk to the natural pools, but unfortunately this was not carried out. What is even more disappointing is that the Enterprise failed to provide clear and justified explanations for the non-performance of this activity. I would like to see measures taken to ensure that the services offered are as promised and that this matter can be resolved.

  It was interesting to know the regional culture and coastal communities, sad that the rain and the cold interrupted the tour. The lunch time was very long could have been fitted another walk, as the site does not offer adequate infrastructure to accommodate tourists from the cold wind and the garoa.

  It was a wonderful walk!! I met several places in just one day, I took beautiful photos, a timetable agency and the driver Mr. Jorge is a significant part of the tour, he is a man already lived, with mta experience and good history to tell, more than a driver is practically an animator, he laughs quite the whole tour, it was a pleasure to meet him!

  I hired the Tour Service for Florianópolis from Civitatis. I was going to take the tour on February 26, the agreed time was at 9:00 at the meeting point. I sent a message at 8:48 p.m. to the Enterprise saying that I would probably not arrive at the meeting point, because I was having trouble getting a car to take me to the meeting point, I was taken care of by Alanis, who said that she would give yes for me to find the group, and did not answer me anymore. I reached the meeting point at 09.02, I contacted again, to know if the bus had already passed the point, it took me 06 minutes to answer, and when they answered me, they sent me the guide number so I could contact, because the OWN AGENCY, was not able to contact the GUIA DELES. I sent a message to the guide via WhatsApp, did not arrive, I tried to call, faced problems because my DDD was different. I sent a message, I said that I would understand if the bus had passed through the meeting point, that it was not my fault, but okay, I waited until 9:31. To assistant Alanis tell me that there was no more how I found the group (don’t tell me ne!!!). When it was on the 27th of February, the Enterprise contacted me through the attendant Carol, to tell me that I was scheduling my visit for the next day (28th of February), I could not, I had another tour scheduled. Now we go to the points. I contacted the Enterprise warning that I would not be able to reach the meeting point at the exact time, the attendant, told me that I would arrive yes. I did not pass a new meeting point and much less contacted the guide to hold him for TWO MINUTES. How does the Enterprise have no contact with the Guide? How does the attendant pass on to the client the responsibility to contact the guide? Why didn't I get a new meeting point? Why is it so long to answer the messages? I was in Rio de Janeiro, made several trips, with various companies. In Florianópolis, I also made several, tours, with several companies, none was perfect, but kept in touch with the customer, if necessary passed a new meeting point, until I attended By bus Floripa, waiting for a couple who delayed 5 mnts without problems NENHUM. Whoever works with tourism needs to understand that working with people, with people, needs a good, quality, sincere service that helps the customer and does not make him even more confused. I would understand if as soon as I arrived 02mnt late to Alanis had told me that unfortunately I would no longer be able to follow the tour and would check the possibility of a new meeting point, but that was not what happened. It took almost half an hour to tell me that unfortunately there was no more like, and I had already said it in advance. After all, it is not for the value, which should SIM be stolen, it is for the lack of professionalism of the Enterprise. I've never been with a woman so unprepared, that she didn't even have contact with the guide, that she didn't support the client in a decent and sincere way. I lost a day in Florianopolis because of South Travel's incompetence. I do not recommend.
