5.00Great experience. Book gondola tickets in advance. Some of our friends were scared but the ride was very smooth. Tour guide Naveen was extremely nice.

5.00Experience with the trip and itinerary well appreciated. having our tour guide Naveem who is thoughtful , caring to his guests is outstanding . I will look for him again as my tour guide next time i come back . Cost of tour is reasonable. I like the experience in riding in gondola see the peak overlooking Banff. The itinerary was full covered in timely manner. I guest we have a very good group who were cautious on time and respectful. Naveem extra mile taking us nice pictures is well appreciated.

5.00I had an amazing day! Naveen was a great guide and made sure to tell us all the things!! I did a small hike, ride the gondola, did the hot springs and saw several lakes! I will be back to do more tours with them!!

3.00The views are beautiful once you took the gondola, this tour didn’t include the ticket. The guide didn’t explain that much about the lakes, He seems like not interested or didn’t want to talk. You can visit his he Gondola by your self not taking the tour, and the lakes and the falls were pretty.

5.00The Gondola ride was so beautiful. Worth every penny. The view were amazing. Staff were all so nice. However, When buying your tickets on line make sure you buy directly from their site otherwise you still have to wait in line to get a paper ticket. A little frustrating as I bought my on Viator

Superb experience in the Banff area

5.00The tour was well-organized, if a little divergent from the detailed itinerary provided prior to the experience. Naveen picked us up from our designated pick up point right on time. He is an extrtemely polite, professional, and kind person with a great deal of local knowledge. He made us feel very welcome, had relevant anecdotes and jokes to share with us, pointed out local wildlife we came across (elk, mountain goats), and was very flexible with the stops at each point along our route. The entire trip lasted 7 hours (rather than 9 as described on Viator, but that's no issue at all - we were all tired anyway). The sites were magnificant, the van very comfy, Arun at the office was very helpful with our questions, and we can't thank Naveen enough for being the quintessential host - well done, sir, and warm thanks for making our day in the Banff area special!
