Lovely experience in the mountains with Tyler as our guide. He was a careful driver, knowledgeable and friendly. He provided lovely mugs of hot chocolate to warm us in the snow. Really enjoyed this tour.

Great Winter tour of lovely spots in and around Banff - walking on frozen lakes and wildlife spotting.

NOT a wildlife tour - we took this tour in September 2024, when the description of the tour stated they took you to "hard to reach" locations and didn't provide an itinerary on the listing. Looks like those things have changed so obviously they knew they were misleading people. However, they REFUSE to give a refund for their completely fabricated description of the tour and hide behind Viator to deal with me. Viator emailed me today saying they are only refunding $30 and we paid $160...? Unacceptable.

Our tour guide, Nolin, was very informative and friendly. Would definately recommend it to anyone. We didn't see any bears, but we did see loads of Elk and a few deer.

Amazing trip with some beautiful views and wildlife. We saw deer, a coyote and lots of elk. Our guide was brilliant and stopped the bus for photo opportunities whenever someone spotted an animal. She was also very informative about the area.
