You choose the time, you choose the place and a technician will arrive on time to custom fit your equipment in the comfort of your lodging. The service revolves entirely around your needs during your time in Banff and they offer deliveries anywhere between 8am to 8pm. In the rare event that there are any issues with your equipment, contact the local operator. When you are ready to return your equipment, just call and arrangements will be made for a ski concierge to swing over and collect all of your gear.

5.00I cannot recommend this service highly enough. The quality of the skis and snowboard we rented was great and this was so much more convenient and personal than renting from the shop at the ski resort which is what I have done in the past. Jason brought the skis and snowboard right to our hotel and helped get us geared up and adjust everything exactly as we needed it. He even had additional sizes there with him since my boots were too small at first. We simply left our gear with the hotel concierge upon leaving and it was super simple. Thank you!
