5.00On June 17th/2025, I had a fantastic ride Banff to Calgary. The driver was extremely polite and quiet and was very careful with luggage. Comfortable mini Van is 1000 times better than a big scary loud bus. I was able to enjoy the views instead of being interrogated by a nosey or obnoxious driver. Finally!! It was so nice to see polite, respectful service!

5.00Highly recommend The Fairy Bus services. Customer service is top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure we have a wonderful experience. The tour was fantastic and the transfers to and from the airport is on-time and comfortable with very accommodating and professional drivers. Would definitely book again next time. Thank you guys!
