Exploring at night and by the iconic tuk tuk is a great way to discover Bangkok and learn about the local culture.

This is considered a cultural tour, sightseeing with food at local restaurant.

***Do not misunderstood this tour with our fully food focused "Bangkok Evening Street Food Tuk Tuk Adventure" which is more suitable for someone looking for street food experience.***

On this 4-hour tour you will:

• Whizz around Bangkok in a tuk tuk

• Visit The Flower Market, the grounds of Wat Prayoon, and Chinatown

• Explore the historic part of Bangkok, and see famous temples and sights illuminated at night

• Enjoy snacks, dinner and a dessert!

This tour is available in 2 options:

• Small group join in tour with maximum 12 guests (available daily)

• Private Tour for just yourself (suitable for families with young children).

We meet at a BTS (Skytrain) Station as traffic in the evening can be bad. Strongly encourage guests to take the Skytrain / Public Transport to our meeting point

Please Note: Temples buildings are usually closed at night but the atmosphere in the grounds are special.

Some walking is involved through markets and around temples

This tour is suitable for vegetarians. Please advise any specific dietary requirements at time of booking

This is an alcohol free tour and please be aware that it is illegal to drink in the tuk tuk. We reserve the right to stop the tour if there is drunken behaviour. We do provide soft drinks throughout the tour.

Minimum age of 10 years old for small group tour option. Children are allowed on private tours but must buy a ticket if over 5.: This is an evening cultural tour and will finish about 11pm so it is not advisable for young children.

If it rains it is more fun: We run the tour throughout the year and have never had to cancel a tour due to rain. If it rain we have ponchos, rain covers and umbrellas. You may get a little wet but if you bring a positive attitude you may discover it is even more memorable:

Changes to itinerary: The restaurants and food stores we eat at may vary from day to day depending on what's open.

There are 2 people per tuk tuk. If you book as 3 or 5 people you may have 3 people in 1 tuk tuk. If you book as an individual you may share with another guest.

For join-in tour option: This is a small group tour limited to 10 people per group.

Due to COVID this tour has not been run regularly and will be constantly reviewed to ensure the best experience. Wat Pho is currently closed at night and has been changed to Wat Arun. It is possible they will switch back.

Not recommended for travelers with walking difficulties

Thonburi

For this tour your will need to make your way to our meeting point at Krung Thonburi BTS Station. Here you will meet your guide, who will introduce the tour before you hop into your tuk-tuk (2 or 3 people per tuk tuk). Krung Thonburi is the first station when you cross over the river to the Thonburi side of Bangkok. Thonburi has a much more local feel and we will explore both local life and history on this side of the river before crossing over to the historic area of Rattanakosin.

We had a wonderful and fun filled tour with tour guide Tony and Tuk Tuk driver Gen. The tour was even better than we expected. We ate delicious Thai food…including many snacks, Pad Thai at the most famous Pad Thai restaurant, and delicious desserts in Chinatown. We also drove by many iconic sites and both Tony and Gen took beautiful pictures of us at these sites and with the Tuk Tuk. My mom has knee issues and had difficulty getting in and out of the Tuk Tuk, but both Tony and Gen were patient with her and assisted her throughout the tour. We loved this tour. It’s a must if you are in Bangkok!!!!

We really enjoyed this tour around Bangkok. Net our lovely guide was fun and informative. You get to see the city in an authentic way and try the street food ! We also stopped at a restaurant with the most delicious pad Thai . We stopped at Buddhist Temple and passed the Grand Palace and had a photo opportunity with our Tuk Tuk . We also visited the busy flower market and finished in China town were we walked down the busy main street. It was great to see all the lights and take in the atmosphere and finish with a couple of yummy desserts, coconut ice cream and mango sticky rice. Remember to take bahts for tips and we paid our Tuk Tuk driver to take us back to hotel. Would definitely recommend. Thank you 🙏🏻

We were a family of 3 (my husband and I and our 18 year old) The tour was a great blend of culture, food and light- heartedness. Our guide was delightful and encouraged the group with vigour and smiles. It was incredible how much we did in four hours and the time flew. Just amazing!

Highly recommended, our whole family enjoyed! Our guide, Jazzy, was fantastic - very knowledgeable, professional, upbeat, and fun. We tried several great street foods that we wouldn't have noticed or tried otherwise, plus some classics. The tuk-tuk drive was a lot of fun, and the attention to detail on the tour was impressive. I enjoyed visiting the local temple at night - not the most impressive temple we saw during our time in Thailand, but at night it is very relaxed and a completely different vibe, and feeding the turtles there was an unexpected fun detail.

I would highly recommend this food tour in Bangkok. The tuk tuk ride was fun and our tour guide. Sasa was amazing. She made the tour so fun and enjoyable with her great sense of humor and knowledge about the city of Bangkok. The food that we had was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend this tour if you find yourself in Bangkok.

Put this on your to-do list. It was awesome to get to see as much as we did as well as riding around in a tuk-tuk at night. Our teenage boys and us loved it! Such an experience you must do!
