  Super experience! Very smooth and well run arrangement, everything worked perfectly and the sites were well picked. Our guide Nina was experienced and knowledgeable, and made the half-day trip very interesting. Warmly recommend this experience!

  This tour worked out about as good as it could have been. Sunny was my tour guide. I asked him once we met where we were meeting everyone else. He said "I was it". So I had my own tour guide for three hours. Lots of walking but we saw a lot. The things we saw were amazing. Sure wish my wife could have been there with us, she would have loved it.

  It was a terrible experience. Tour operator sold a full day trip that included in ticket 3 Temples, Grand Palace and Boat trip for a total of 10 hours but the actual trip was 2.5 hours and I was informed in last 24 hours before trip that Grand Palace and Boat trip was not included as I booked trip on Dec 10th and Tour operator changed itinerary unilaterally on Dec 15th but did not inform me till last 24 hours before trip when I had no option to cancel. Original full day trip I booked was for $194 while many 3 hour trip for 3 Temples were available on Viator itself for $60 range. Tour operator was totally unresponsive and kept insisting that tour itinerary was changed by them even though they changed unilaterally without informing me or refunding me difference for reduced itinerary or giving me opportunity to cancel. On contacting Viator they forwarded my request for full refund to tour operator and said they would revert in 72 hours and I am awaiting Viator response. My plan for visiting Bangkok was totally spoiled. I am hoping to get a full refund and would request Viator to blacklist this tour operator if they don’t give refund else I would myself have to de insider use of Viator in future (I have for many years used Viator consistently in my international trips but if they can’t hold your operators acceptable then no advantage in using them)

  This tour did not meet our expectations. There was a lot of downtime between the Grand Palace and the boat trip. The guide had no suggestions for what to do, other than sitting down for an hour. The guide seemed disorganized, often walking ahead and disappearing into the crowd, which made it hard to keep up. Additionally, the guide repeatedly asked for a tip despite the overall experience not being satisfactory.
