5.00Irene (guide) and Jimmy (driver) were fantastic! Tour was lots of fun. Good mix of adventure and nature. The views across the valley were great and the waterfalls beautiful

5.00Had an amazing time with Irene and Mauricio leading/driving the tour. I got fortunate to have Irene twice this weekend for tours and some familiar faces with other people in the group. We all had a blast! Irene was super accomodating with all of us wanting to do extra activities and took plenty of good photos. The group honestly helped make it so fun but Irene did an amazing job enabling us!
This was a Pretty cool experience !

5.00A fully recommended tour. Punctuality is appreciated at all times. Irene our guide and Mauritius the excellent driver! Irene is passionate about her work and knows a lot about the culture of her country so she will be able to answer any concerns you have about the city. A totally wonderful tour, from the tarabita to the waterfalls everything has been very good.

5.00I had a great time visiting beautiful sites and doing fun activities in and around Banos. Fernando shared a lot of info about Ecuador with me on the way up and took good care of us all day. Highly recommend!

5.00We had an excellent day on this excursion. A huge thank you to Carlos, our guide, who was absolutely outstanding. He speaks English very well, gives great advice about Ecuador, and shares the city’s history and tourist attractions in a clear and engaging way. His explanations were informative, interesting, and always captivating. Carlos really let us take our time. He was never pushy and allowed us to fully enjoy each place, taking photos and videos at a relaxed pace. This made the experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the visits included in the excursion they were very well chosen and well organized. Even though the day was intensive, it was pleasant from start to finish. A big thank you as well to the driver, who was very professional, careful, and friendly, making the trip comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this excursion with Carlos.

5.00I had a great experience with guide Jorge and driver Ivan. Jorge is super personable and very kind to help with my luggage. He's really laid back and kept the tour on schedule without making us feel rushed. He had a great energy, and so the group had great energy. We all had lunch at a table together, and it felt like we were a group of friends. Ivan was also nice and carried my bags into my new hotel when they dropped me off. The whole day was great, and the tour itself was so much fun--a day full of adrenaline and adventure!

5.00I recommend this tour 100% was a beautiful and very complete experience with lunch included, of course, this tour was an unforgettable experience not only for its attractions but for our guide who gave so much excitement and encouragement to our group its name is IRENE and I would definitely recommend any tour with it, request it as a guide and you will not regret it.
