5.00The whole day was fantastic. Diana (guide) and Mauri (driver) were great. Small group of 6 people split between Spanish and English speaking. It was definitely a long day ~6am-8pm but expected with such a long journey to Banos. We fit in so many activities and never felt rushed. Highly recommend paying for the optional activities (zip lining and Tarzan swing). Such a fun time!

5.00From the moment that Irene (Guide) & Ivan (Driver) picked me up I was so confident that it would be a splendid experience! And it was! The scenic snaps were wonderful & the entire day action packed but so calmly orchestrated with our other 2 guests from Italy & Ireland! The lunch Restaurant Miramelindo was excellent and I plan to return today as it’s such a great spot! Thanks to Trene & Ivan for conducting such a fantastic Day Tour! Baños is worth a longer stay to enjoy the Hot Springs, massages, tge rises, handicrafts & so much more! This has been my favourite Tour so far! Valerie-Australia & Singapore

5.00One of the best days of my life with Ernesto. We spent 13 hrs with him! He took every photo and video that we wanted and was a fantastic photographer. We saw waterfalls, chose to do the optional bungee jumping and zipline, and saw one of the prettiest places in the world. Though it’s a long 3 hr treck each way to the city of Baños, we had our own tour in his car and weren’t stuck on a tour bus which was so much better. He was just lovely, hilarious, insightful, and fun to talk with all day! He shared lots of fun facts and showed us all around. We also had a $15 lovely 3 course lunch at the very end of the trip. Long day, but would do it 100 times over again.

5.00We loved our guide Ernesto who is very knowledgeable about the area, the history, legends and culture which made our experience very rich and enjoyable. We walked down to the lake and we also walked back up. We were slow and he was very patient and very encouraging. It was really amazing not to feel rushed. We appreciate the patience, the knowledge and the whole experience.

5.00We had so much with Irene on this day tour to Baños. She was very knowledgeable about all the stops and always encouraged and recommended good authentic Ecuadorian meals for us to eat! She took excellent videos and pics of us at the different excursions, and even a group photo for all of us to remember each other by. If you ever do this tour make sure you ask for Irene! You won’t be disappointed
