Fun experience! Great tour guide. A good flavor for the central portion of the island. The Monkees were a lot of fun and the pottery stop was interesting and fun to talk to some of the locals that worked there making the pottery.

The Flower Forest had a wonderful collection. The Pottery was interesting although items were expensive. I have never seen so many tortoises as we saw at the Wildlife sanctuary. W we're not impressed with the lunch. Far too much food for the middle of the day piled on a plate. Week's worth of carbs! Antone our driver was great

Just when I thought I'd seen it all this tour filled in many gaps for me. Not only that, multiple stops were made that were not "planned" as part of the tour. We began at Barbados Wildlife Reserve... I was impressed with the care given to the animals. There was even a separate area for new, hurt, mothers and babies etc. to acclimate. The ironwork was lovely also. We did not get to feed the monkeys but we could have touched them as we enjoyed them eating, scrapping and flying tree to tree as they ate. Once upon a the St. Joseph Railway ran in Bathsheba. St. John's Parish Church built in 1645 and still in use was another unexpected stop. The pipe organ was spectacular. I got lost in the Flower Forest. I found it stunning. There was so much to see. We ate lunch there. My Flying Fish was very good. The last stop was Earthworks Pottery. I very much appreciated the artistry but did not want to risk, the top but fair cost for the items there. During the trip our guide was on point with island knowledge. She made driving down parts of the east coast quite interesting. I think her name was Nezzie (?). I hope.

Seeing the green monkeys at the wildlife preserve was best part. The pottery company was interesting to see, but least favorite . The rest of the trip covered a lot of area and the views were great. Bathsheba had great views and the garden had very unique flora. Our guide, Ricky, is not only an excellent driver but very informative about the history, the sights, and current status of Barbados. We enjoyed him, greatly.

We’re so happy we booked this tour while visiting Barbados! 🌴☀️ Everything was absolutely beautiful — from the breathtaking ocean views and charming local villages to the tropical garden filled with blooming flowers. After a long winter in Canada, seeing so much color and nature felt like pure joy for the eyes. 🌺 And the lunch… another level of happiness 😍 Such a lovely way to experience the island, its culture, and its warmth. Highly recommend! 💛

If you enjoy nature and wildlife, this tour is definitely worth considering. Here’s a breakdown of my experience at each stop: Earthworks Pottery: Unfortunately, we visited on a weekend, so there were no workers present and we couldn’t watch any demonstrations (these only take place Monday to Friday). That’s something to keep in mind when booking. However, the shop is still open and offers a wide variety of pottery, from decorative ornaments to practical kitchen items like dinner plates, so there’s something for everyone if you’re interested in purchasing souvenirs. Flower Forest: This was probably my favourite part of the tour. It wasn’t too busy and felt incredibly peaceful to walk through. Even if, like me, you don’t know much about plants or botanicals, it’s still a lovely experience. There are several points with beautiful views and great spots for photos and videos. We were lucky that the rain had just stopped before our walk, which made it even more enjoyable. Barbados Wildlife Reserve: Here you can watch the monkey feeding, which takes place twice daily (I think around 11am and 2pm). These monkeys are wild, so they come and go freely. There’s also another section where other animals like turtles, roosters, and peacocks roam around, so watch your step so you don't accidentally hurt an animal and because the ground can be uneven. You’ll also see birds (like macaws), iguanas, and snakes, which are safely kept in enclosures. It’s a really nice place to walk through and observe the animals up close. Lunch: Lunch is included and was very tasty. You can choose between grilled fish, fried fish, boiled chicken, or stewed beef, served with sides such as mac and cheese, rice, and salad, plus a soft drink. Bathsheba Beach: This stop is more of a drive-by. It’s not really suitable for swimming or surfing due to the strong waves and seaweed, but the rock formations along the coastline are interesting to see. St. John’s Church: This is the second oldest church on the island. You can go inside if dressed appropriately, though it’s quite small and can mostly be seen from the outside. The views of the surrounding area from here are excellent. Overall, this is a nice day trip, especially if you’re into nature. Sean, our driver, was great as I felt completely safe on the road, and he shared interesting information about the areas we passed through, which added to the experience. One thing to note: if you’re prone to motion sickness, the roads can be quite bumpy and winding due to potholes and the hilly terrain. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as there’s a fair amount of walking involved.

My traveling companion had experienced some travel difficulties so I contacted the agency to see if it was possible to reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately I did not know about my companion's difficulties until after the 24 hour cancellation time frame. I then was informed that I could reschedule for an additional $60 per person - on top of the already pricey trip cost. I finally ended up going by myself. Initially I was informed that I would still have to pay the full amount for two people even though it was within the 24 hour time frame. Finally I agreed to $60 for myself. The trip itself was ok. Sean was our driver/guide. He was very good. I didn't think there was enough time allotted to some of the areas we visited. The monkey feeding was a bust - there were so many other tourists there that I couldn't even see over the shoulders of everyone.
