Join us aboard Tranquility Cruises a Snorkel Boat for our 90 minutes turtle & shipwreck adventure. The cruise departs from our. Dock in the Careenage in Bridgetown. Our journey takes us to Carlisle Bay, on most days Carlisle Bay boasts calm turquoise waters with no undertow, delicately lapping on the soft white sand. This bay draws both locals and tourists alike with its breath-taking beauty above water, but also its’ thriving marine park that is enjoyed by scuba divers and snorkelers alike. Under the surface of the sea Carlisle Bay comes alive with vibrant tropical fish in abundance, sea horses, sea turtles, octopus, rays, and much more!

If you are booking with transport but are not staying at a hotel please provide the name and location of the villa or accommodation and we will advise you if we can pick you up there or your nearest pick up point.
If you suffer from motion sickness, we recommend taking precautions before the start of the tour. Please also advise your tour guide. Whilst we can sympathize and will try to make you as comfortable as possible our island roads can be bumpy at windy. We must also ensure we take care of all our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the vehicle. If you are ill on board, you will be required to reimburse the driver before the end of the tour for the cleaning fee of between US seventy five and one hundred and fifty dollars. Thank you for your kind understanding. This is not applicable to the boat portion of your tour.

Located on the southwestern coast of Barbados, Carlisle Bay's beaches offer calm waters, making this an ideal place to swim. The bay's six shipwrecks also make this area a great spot for snorkeling. Marine animals you may see while exploring these gentle waters include rock lobsters, turtles and fish.

5.00The experience was phenomenal! The crew kept us entertained with their corny jokes and very engaged in the water. I was very nervous at first, just because I'm always nervous in water and can't swim. But Ron and Tyrese made me feel safe, when by the end of it, I felt confident to even slide down the sliding board because he would catch me and he did! The beverages were plentiful and we saw a lot l. A great experience overall and well worth the time and money spent.

5.00Amazing trip - thoroughly recommend. We had transfers to the beach and were picked up on time. The guys on the boat were great, they ensured everyone had an opportunity to snorkel regardless of experience. My husband who was not a confident swimmer was given a flotation aid and they ensured he got to see everything. They kept saying ‘it’s our job’ which they really meant. We got to see amazing fish, turtles and even a stingray! Would definitely go again!

5.00Everything was easy to book and went smoothly. The boat took us from a beautiful beach and everything was explained and the crew were really helpful. We had drinks on board and plenty of time for snorkelling. Definitely worthwhile.
Great excursion seeing shipwreck and turtles

5.00We had a great time snorkeling seeing lots fish, shipwreck and some turtles. At the end you can use the slide on the boat or jump of the boat, which was great fun. They really look after you well and really friendly. They also offer to help you, if you are not a confident swimmer.

5.00We had a wonderful tour on the Tranquility. We chose it because we didn’t want a long tour and didn’t want to spend too much time this tour was 90 minutes and was great value for money. The crew were charming and helpful. If you just want to do a bit of snorkelling over the wrecks and see lots of fish and probably turtles but not be out in the hot sun for too long then this is highly recommended.
