She explains everything in a way that brings the entire vision of the basilica to life, helping you understand not just the facts but the meaning behind every detail. What made the experience even more special was her warmth and attentiveness. She looked for shaded areas when the sun was strong, took beautiful photos of us, and took the time to speak with each person individually, making the tour feel personal and meaningful. One moment that will stay with me forever was when I became overwhelmed with emotion walking into the church and started to cry. 5.00Olga E was the best! Energetic and amazing. She moves fast faster than a Tasmanian devil! We loved her tour. It was amazingly warm and funny but it’s hard to keep up with her. She’s fast. The girl is fast, but we loved it.

5.00Giovanna genuinely made this one of the most memorable parts of our trip. From the very beginning, she felt less like a tour guide and more like someone we were lucky enough to explore Barcelona with. Her knowledge of Gaudí’s architecture is incredible, but what really stayed with me was how she shared it—full of passion, stories, and little details that made everything feel alive and personal. I especially appreciated how she picked up on what we were interested in and then suggested other places and experiences around Barcelona that we would love. It’s rare to come across someone who cares this much about the people they’re guiding. Giovanna was truly outstanding—not just for her knowledge, but for the warmth and attention she brought to the entire experience. If we had more time we would have booked another tour with her!
