  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unforgettable experience – absolute attraction in Erzincan! Our workshop at Cafe by Millo Erzincan was exceptional in every respect and a real highlight of our trip to Erzincan. This location is much more than just a café – it is a real attraction in Erzincan. We attended a barista training there that I always wanted to do. The fact that we accidentally became aware of Cafe by Millo in Erzincan of all places was an absolute stroke of luck. For us as coffee lovers it was an unforgettable experience. The training was professional, cordial and conducted with a palpable passion for coffee. The whole team was incredibly polite, attentive and warm. We were able to get to know the whole team personally and felt welcome from the first moment. It was definitely not the food – on the contrary: We were asked all the time if we wanted to eat or drink anything else, and the service was attentive throughout without being intrusive. Another highlight: Even our taxi back to the hotel was taken over by Cafe by Millo. A service you really don’t expect – what more could you want? Conclusion: Perfect coffee, first-class barista training, warm people and a service of the highest standard. An absolute must for every coffee lover and every visitor to Erzincan. We will definitely be back!

  We had an absolutely unforgettable and professional coffee experience at Cafe by Millo. This place is a true highlight for anyone searching for a high-quality cafe and coffee training in Erzincan. The full 8-hour coffee workshop passed incredibly fast and was perfectly structured. During the training, we were free to eat and drink anything from the menu, which allowed us to experience the full variety of their food and beverages. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great attention to detail. The quality clearly stands out compared to many other cafes. Esra provided exceptional guidance and professional consulting throughout the entire day. She explained everything step by step, starting from coffee grinding and brewing techniques, all the way to preparing traditional Turkish tea (çay) and creative cocktails. The hands-on experience and detailed explanations made this training extremely valuable. As true coffee lovers, this was one of the best cafe and barista experiences we have ever had. Anyone who loves coffee, specialty coffee, or wants to learn more about professional coffee preparation should definitely book the 8-hour training with Esra. Another major advantage: even the travel costs were covered, which made the experience even more outstanding. We were completely happy, satisfied, and impressed. During our winter holiday in Erzincan, we came across Cafe by Millo by chance and were warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and inviting, and the entire team is incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. What impressed us the most was that breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all snacks in between were fully included in the price. The quality of the food was excellent throughout the day and perfectly complemented the overall experience.
