5.00We had an exceptional experience today with Charles, touring the Barossa Valley. We visited 4 boutique wineries for tastings and a lovely lunch was included at Calabria. The tour was over 6 hours and Charles gave us plenty of space and time to relax and take everything in. His knowledge of the area and its history was phenomenal and of course he knew a thing or two about all of the local wines and growers and taught us plenty about vines! I couldn’t fault today and highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for a relaxed and informative tour!

5.00Charles was a fantastic host and tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and knew his way around. Platter lunch at Atze’s was fantastic. Wine tasting was great and well organised with the wineries.

5.00Excellent tour guide with lots of local knowledge. As a solo traveller it was great to have such a friendly guide who immediately put everyone at ease. We visited some amazing wineries and learned a lot about the history of the Barossa

5.00Yesterday we spent the day with Charles from Valley Wine Tours. The sun was shining, the company was great and Charles’ knowledge of the local area and its wine producers made for a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this tour.

5.00We travelled with Charles today, and had an awesome experience. Not only did he have an extensive knowledge of the history of the area, but had a great sense of humour. We got to experience well known wineries as well as small producers in the wine industry. We were very impressed with the wines we tasted as well as the stories behind the producers. Our lunch at Atzes was yummy. We would highly recommend this tour.

5.00We were really keen for a private tour of some of the boutique wineries around the Barossa and Charles delivered brilliantly. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, giving us some local history and stories as well as terrific choices of wineries aligned to our tastes. Highly recommended.

5.00Our trip with Charles was great, he showed us round some great winery’s in the Barossa region and told us loads of its history. It was a perfect trip for us as we were staying in Tanunda and when looking for guided tours, most would only pick up from Adelaide where he provided local pick ups. I couldn’t recommend this tour enough, Charles was the best.
