1.00Difficulty in communications throughout the process. On the day of our pickup "No Show". Not sure why, but we are in the process of disputing our charges. So many nice reviews, so I am puzzled. I am a seasoned traveler and this is the first time this has happened, Thankfully, we only lost a little time and made the best of our day as planned anyway, without Travelago. The caves itself were interesting but very far & touristy. Not sure if this is the best way to spend limited valuable time in this area. Our contact was Toqeer, so be weary if that's yours...

5.00Ms. Tina was an outstanding tour guide and truly made the experience unforgettable. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about what she does. Every stop felt well-planned, and her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of interesting details you wouldn’t find on your own. She was also very friendly, patient, and attentive to everyone in the group, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. Thanks to Ms. Tina, the tour felt personal rather than rushed or generic. I highly recommend Ms. Tina to anyone looking for a meaningful, well-organized, and enjoyable tour. She genuinely cares about her guests and it shows in everything she does. In conclusion I never had such a tour anywhere. Hope all be like her.

5.00Our tour and all of the sights were excellent. Just the right length in the morning. Louis was a brilliant guide, easy going, informative, funny, flexible. His guidance at each site was spot on and really helpful. I could not recommend this tour any more, and Louis as a driver and guide.

5.00I am very happy to say that Toqueer who arranged my travel plans for my visit to KL with my friend, was a smooth sailing one. Everything was fast and clear and he catered to everything i needed. From the airport driver service, hotel and also the tickets to the twin tower. Thank you so much Mr Segar and especially Toqueer for making my trip in KL a wonderful one. I felt safe and happy after and my friend from France was happy too. She enjoyed her time in KL. Thank you.
