5.00To do absolutely, however it is an activity that deputizes around 3am. Cons: the climb is done with small Susuki type 4x4s and not jeep. If you're sensitive to shaking... take a little DPJ.

5.00What an incredible tour! Reaching the summit truly feels like a significant achievement. While the hike can be challenging, the rewards are immense! Our tour guide was exceptional, providing us with all the necessary information about the area. Wayan is also an incredibly talented photographer, so if you're looking for stunning Instagram pictures, be sure to request him as your guide.

5.00This activity surpassed all my expectations! We booked it as our first activity for the trip and received a text from our driver, Komang, the day before. He was punctual in picking us up and we were among the first to arrive in the area to await the sunrise. Our jeep driver, Gede, was incredibly friendly and regularly checked in to ensure everything was going well. He also takes fantastic photos! He even let us choose the music to play and we had a mini karaoke session with him! Furthermore, he's an outstanding photographer. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely recommend this experience!

5.00Pickup in Ubud at 3am, then I met the jeep tour guide Komang near mount batur. He was very friendly and the jeep drive was amazing while you could gaze at the stars. Komang assisted with photos. After the beautiful sunrise he took me to the black lava. Just amazing there. Afterwards the hot springs was excellent after the slightly cold temperature at the mountain. The final stop at the Lumwak coffee plantation was as well very interesting. The chocolate, coffee and tee tastings were so delicious.
