Visit us and take part in one of our very fun and exciting fitness classes or enjoy our facilities on your own! If you join us for a class, expect the following. A quick 5-10 minutes warm up routine to sweet island tunes with a spectacular view of the Seven Mile Beach. The, follow your certified fitness instructors in a variety of classes to choose from. Classes last 45 minutes - 1 hour and are beginner friendly, but those who are looking for an intense workout can still enjoy a group class because our classes still have an individual touch.

5.00This is a must visit gym if you’re looking for a great workout while in Negril. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Raniel can accommodate all fitness levels and is knowledgeable to work with people with injuries. He has a great personality and the view is incredible. I will definitely be back. Be sure to get some fresh coconut water from his juice stand!

5.00One of the best experiences on the island. Definitely one of a kind. A 2-in-1 experience - Beach + Gym. Not to mention how warm & friendly the owners are. Location is also perfect. 10/10 - highly recommend.
