3.00Guide does not use headsets so you cannot hear unless you are next to her. With someone so soft spoken, audio set is a must. Was advertised as no more than 10; it was 15. Also, noted that no queueing needed. Yet it was indeed a line we needed to wait in.
Guide needs to issue earbuds or use a microphone to hear

3.00The guide was very knowledgeable, however, we could only here him intermittently, since he didn't use a microphone or issue use earbuds. Trying to talk loud enough for our group to hear was problematic. It was a really hot day, so the garden portion was not done. Disappointing overall.
