In this tour, the visitor will get insight into the city of Berat which is listed in the UNESCO list of world heritage sites. Also known as the city of a thousand windows. The city offers a history of 2500 years with attractions to visit like: the castle of the 3rd century BC, the quarters of Mangalem and Gorica, the Onufri Museum, and many old churches, and mosques.

We took part, on July 14, in a private tour in Berat organized by Civitatis and we can only highly recommend it. Our guide, Marius, was a valuable presence: an extremely sensitive, attentive and deeply prepared person. He accompanied us with passion through the symbolic places of Berat, telling not only the history of the city, but also curiosities, legends and aspects of local culture that made the visit even more engaging. His ability to communicate and make us feel comfortable made all the difference. Berat is a wonderful city, full of charm and authenticity, and thanks to Marius we were able to capture its soul, also living an unusual, mystical and exciting experience in one of the local Mosques. Magnificent stay in Albania with the company. Superb guide! Splendid excursions. We were very well received, Imra is very kind and attentive. Good atmosphere and good humor throughout our stay in Tirana. I highly recommend !

Highlight of our weekend in Berat! We absolutely loved doing this tour and would recommend it to ANYONE who wants to do an experience in Berat. Our guide Ani was brilliant - super friendly, helpful, considerate and extremely knowledgeable - educating us not only on the food element but also for history of Berat and Albania in general. The best City walking tour I've ever done. A great mixture of Old Town history. We really wanted to experience Berat the way the locals do and he provided us with that experience.

Exploring Berat with a guided tour was a wonderful experience! Our guide was knowledgeable and brought the city's history to life. The ancient streets and stunning architecture were captivating, especially the iconic Berat Castle. The local cuisine was delicious, and the hospitality of the people made us feel welcome. This was the first time I booked this agency and I could say it was a superb tour. Our tour guide Adrian, was outstanding and passionate. He was quite informative, entertaining and open to all of our questions throughout the whole tour. The itinerary was very interesting and we learned a lot! The tour could not have ended better than with some traditional wine and some nice conversations with friendly people! I really did enjoy this tour and can't wait for the next one!
