5.00Shannon was waiting for us at the airport and took us straight to our hotel. He shared some of the local culture, as well as the island. Good, safe trip.

4.00I'm sure this service is excellent; But Trip Advisor customer service IS TERRIBLE. We had to cancel the trip due to a medical diagnosis. I tried several times to contact Trip Advisor to cancel Way in advance and never could get through to a human; they didn't respond to my emails, and so I had to pay in full for the service even though we couldn't go! I WILL NEVER USE TRIP ADVISOR FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN!! Be warned!!
