This hike was absolutely amazing, and I’d definitely recommend it! Our guide, Chamba, picked us up from our Airbnb in Surftown. (Chamba is the best! If he’s your tour guide, you’re in great hands.) He drove us up to the waterfalls and even stopped at some stores when we asked for water and Gatorade. The hike was absolutely stunning. I suggest being a bit in shape to do it. It was a little physically challenging, but if you’re a prior athlete or train, you should be perfectly fine. The rainforest was stunning. I highly recommend wearing shoes with good grip because the trail can get really slippery. I made the mistake of wearing tennis shoes, so I definitely don’t recommend that. The hike was not crowded at all, we basically had the waterfalls to our own. In total, pick up from Surftown to hiking the waterfalls and coming back took from 9 AM to 6:30 PM, so about 9-10 hours give or take.

It was an amazing trip to one of the most beautiful places you can visit and we had so much fun with our guide Pablo! You will get fully wet! Bring extra shoes and extra clothes and a towel and maybe a waterproof camera case! It was the best!

Absolutely amazing tour! I had so much fun at the 7 waterfalls. This was my third time booking with Tunco life and they didn’t disappoint! Pablo our guide was doing his best to accommodate everyone from playing the music that we liked in the car, giving a helping hand while climbing the waterfall taking pictures and videos to borrowing me his shirt because my back pass was soaked. I highly recommend Tunco Life!

Chamba was the best guide for this excursion. Communication was excellent and pickup was on point. He was very knowledgeable and explained what to expect in detail. The hike was beautiful and the waterfalls were the best I have seen thus far. I highly recommend it!!!

He is a very good guide. I recommend him 10/10 as a solo traveler. He shows you the best places in the capital and tells you all the history. If you are looking for someone to tell you how things were, this is the one. He is the best I have found! 100% recommendable.

This tour was amazing, big thank you to Pablo for showing me such beautiful views and being a great guide! The waterfalls were gorgeous and refreshing. The hike was fun with some rock climbing. Make sure to wear shoes with good grip that can get wet. Don't miss out on this experience and book it!
