5.00Jay was an excellent tour guide and bus driver. Our excursion was actually Colors of Aruba, but it showed the best of Aruba - Ostrich Farm, Natural Bridge, Caribari Rocks, and California Lighthouse. Enjoyed the tour.

5.00All of our friends who've been to Aruba told us you should do this, see this... we decided to do the 7 hour bus tour. Our driver/tour guide, Jay, was not only great at telling us history and different parts of the islands, but he was funny and entertaining. We enjoyed the different sites that we saw as well as seeing a demonstration of glass blowing. The entire tour was very enjoyable, and let us explore the beautiful island of Aruba!

4.00It was good. Very friendly the guide driver in Spanish. Interesting to know a little about the story. The driver's name was Urri. It lasted approximately 7 hours. We ended up at baby beach

3.00This was a nice tour - overall!!!!! My complaint is that the itinerary description is not accurate. The description states that the tour starts with a 15 minute walking tour of downtown - NO SUCH STOP and no information about downtown!!!! People select tours based on the stated itinerary!!!!! The included lunch was at the Natural Bridge and the plate looked beautiful and was generous but the BBQ was too tough- not edible tough - this was not only my feeling but the general consensus. If they simply steam the BBQ on low for a few hours, it would fall off the bone. The tour description stated snorkel gear would be provided but the tour operator told us only one piece would be provided and we would have to rent a complete set but I didn't see any snorkel gear offered. The tour went to a glass blowing factory, which was OK but not stated in the itinerary. The tour driver, Uri, was great! Please update what you are advertising because people are comparing different tours and selecting tours based upon what you are advertising.

5.00We had an absolutely amazing experience with Jay, our bus driver and tour guide from De Palm Tours in Aruba! From the moment we got on the bus, Jay kept the entire group entertained with his great sense of humor, quick wit, and warm personality. He had us laughing the whole way—his jokes and stories made the trip both fun and unforgettable! Not only is Jay incredibly funny, but he’s also very knowledgeable. He shared so much about Aruba’s history, culture, landmarks, and even fun local facts that really brought the island to life. You can tell he truly loves what he does and takes pride in showing off his beautiful island. We were also impressed by Jay’s patience and professionalism. He handled the group with ease, gave everyone personal attention, and made sure we all felt comfortable and included—no matter how many questions we had or how many photo stops we requested! Jay made our tour one of the best parts of our trip to Aruba. If you’re booking a tour with De Palm, ask for Jay—you won’t regret it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00This was a phenomenal all day tour highlighting the best of Aruba. Earnie, the tour conductor is a gem. He has considerable knowledge of the history and culture of Aruba with a wonderful personality. He was also helpful to my sister who had difficulty walking. He carried the wheelchair on the tour and also carried my sister to the bus after her experiencing the beauty of Baby Beach. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

5.00My family and I celebrated my sister-in-law’s birthday in Aruba. We enjoyed the Best of Aruba bus tour. We were given a bit of history while being entertained by our tour guide, Donald. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He even asked the entire group to sing the birthday song. We had a great time!!

5.00My whole family thoroughly enjoyed the Aruba by Bus Tour, even my 20 year old, who didn’t want to spend a full day in Aruba on a bus!! That’s because our tour guide, Luis in Bus #175, made the day very enjoyable with his knowledge of the island & his humor!! It was our first trip to the island & a great way to see Aruba since we didn’t rent a car. Highly recommend this tour & Luis!! The bus is air conditioned & comfortable and the day included a great lunch, too, so it was money well spent!

5.00Benjamin was fantastic! He is knowledgeable and has great humor. We also enjoyed the fish patties for lunch; they were excellent. We saw a lot of Aruba and enjoyed it. It was our second trip and second tour.

3.00The tour started well. Our guide Donny was great. He was knowledgeable, entertaining and pleasant. I was disappointed that when the AC quit and our tour was cut short. The company had a replacement quickly, but we missed a bit due to time and this bus was dirty. There were open drinks on cup holders, and snack wrappers strewn about. I think they could have done better.
