This should have been a great tour with all to see in Barcelona, but it was not. It started well with a walk through old town to Born. Then we got on a bus, a bus where many of the seat’s seat backs near the windows were broken and leaned way back. I got yelled at by the lady behind me because my seat leaned back too far, and I wasn’t sitting back but leaning forward! I changed seats and it too was broken. I changed seats and the aisle armrest was broken. Yikes! Then we proceeded to drive by many sites, Gaudi homes, and they were mainly on the other side of the road so no luck at all seeing them. The tour guide said, no problem just come back and see them later. Gee thanks! Then with only the La Sagrada Familia to go we had to wait a whole hour for a lunch break. Ok, then we expect the tour to continue after we wait for the group to eat a huge lunch we weren’t interested in eating dinner in the middle of the day. The lunch was not included but you were pressured to eat it at a single restaurant. So after waiting an hour for the group to finish we expect the guide to come in and guide us through this interesting and confusing but meaningful ediface. We got a 5 minute spoiler then told to do the museum and enter at gate C. The guide didn’t come in at all. Wow. Did I also forget that the group was so big there were 3 groups and 3 guides and our guide left us just standing there twice. This tour is a good use of time if you only have one day. If not find another option. Get guided tour of the La Sagrada Familia through the facility itself. You can also see the towers. We indeed had double booked and had tickets for guided tour but waited that hour for our tour guide with this group, forfeiting these tickets and ended up with no guide. At least we got to see the towers with our original ticket.

The trip was well organised. The tour operator was really pleasant, easy to understand and took time to ensure all the group were present and could hear at each stop. It would be nice to spend more time in Park Guell and a little less at the viewpoint but that's personal preference. The tour was well organised and gave a good overview of Barcelona's best bits-recommended.

A packed but balanced itinerary to allow some walking and some resting. Appreciate the smaller group with our guide Andre who did a great job. Place we stopped for lunch was great and I enjoyed the paella and sangria before heading to Sagrada Familia.
