    I personally did not enjoy my experience due to sudden self induced injury on the tour bus. Disclaimer: Viator is NOT being blamed or being held responsible. I am amending my review based on the quick reply I received, from the General Manager himself, acknowledging my frustrations! That alone was/is impressive in itself! These 2 beavers 🦫 🦫 SINCERLY appreciate your dedication to us! The GM read my negative 😔 review and shared our frustrations with his team. They are working on implementing new procedures to insure the comfort of their clients! Which will include: reasonable break times, time to experience the local food & drink & souvenir shopping! Very cool!! Thank you! I will continue to use Viator as an excursion company wherever we go, especially in Barbados! BRILLIANT excursions there! On a personal note: This cruise has inspired me to learn the beautiful Spanish language. I WILL (please pray that I do) learn it to have the abilty to communicate with the locals much easier; even if it takes months of sleeping with earplugs in my ears listening, as I slumber, to learn it subliminally! VIATOR honors their commitment to their travelers. All of your customers sincerely appreciate your dedication to us!

    Javeth was our guide and he was fantastic. We toured the city and saw artwork and a view from above. The walking tour was very fun. Adorable neighborhood, parks, cathedral, city festival and a ride on the gondola. Love Guayaquil, highly recommend this tour.
