  This is my first time booking a tour using Viator and it was easy to use with plenty of options. This tour started early with only 6 of us in the van. Clear instructions were given by our driver/guide. We enjoyed this experience so much and it was made special because i get to experience it with my parents. The other members of the group were very helpful with my parents who were both seniors.

  We had a great time. Saeid was an excellent tour guide. He was very informative and told us exactly what to expect. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone.

  Our guide, Jimmy, was fantastic. So knowledgeable, accommodating and kind. He made the experience so much better. The Maid of the Mist is fun and of course the falls are spectacular. The view of the falls is much better from the Canadian side, which this tour does not include but after the tour you can walk across to Canada as long as you have your passport.

  Our tour guide was great! very informative and friendly, he fit in like family! He stood in line so we could explore, and took photos along the way! It was a wonderful family experience!

• Waste of time and money

  We were very disappointed our tour guide didn’t have time for us. First of all he was late when we got to the different destinations he would leave us. We had to call him every time find him to see when he was coming back. Most of the day was a waste of time. I have never been on a tour like that. I will never use this company again. I feel like we all should be compensated for the tour guide wasting our time.
