  It was absolutely incredible. So much fun and the crew were amazing! We got back with plenty of time to spare before getting back on our p&o cruise ship. The weather took a turn during the sail but that didn’t stop the crew from making the most of it and making sure every one was safe! Highly recommend the booze was flowing, music was playing - fun had all round! Will definitely be booking again if we get to visit again!

  We enjoyed a great excursion with Eagle Tours in St. Maarten. We received an email a few days prior advising that the usual catamaran was having engine trouble, so we'd be taking a smaller boat but would be able to visit an extra site or two for swimming/snorkeling, so that was fine with us. The office was about a 20 minute walk from the cruise terminal (they emailed a Google maps link that was easy to follow and took us right to where we needed to be). We arrived for 9 am, checked in, and had about 30 minutes to kill before we were leaving. The lady in the office again mentioned about the engine trouble but said that nothing else about the excursion would change. That wasn't entirely true. The original catamaran was supposed to have electric toilets....the vessel we were put on didn't even have a working toilet (a part had broken the day before, and since that day was New Year's Day, they weren't able to get a replacement in time for our tour). The captain said they could manually drain the toilet if you had to do #1, but #2 would be an issue. Unfortunately, we were not advised of the broken toilet until we'd left the dock, which wasn't the best start to the day (considering how much time we had to kill before we set off, I wish the office lady had advised of the toilet situation as there was ample time to use the facilities before we left). Fortunately, that was the only hiccup to the day. We reached our first (and best) snorkel/swim spot very quickly, and all told, I think we visited at least 5 different spots. Our captain, Lesandro, even took us to Maho beach three times in hopes of seeing a big jet liner come in (we finally did get to see a few). We had sandwiches for snacks early on in the day and lunch was as advertised, and the bar was open all day long. Lesandro and his first mate, Samir, were both super friendly and personable and did a great job in making sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Would definitely do this excursion again if we're back in St. Maarten!

  I booked this with low expectations and was happily surprised. I have sailed around the world and usually prefer experiences with as few people as possible. They did cap the number of people on the boat to 30, we were 25 I believe, and you had enough space on the boat as long as you were okay being in the front, which we were. So you need to bring lots of sunscreen, hats, and cover-ups to be in the sun for that long. What made the experience extra special and fun was the crew. They took such good care of us, made lots of jokes, rapped for us, and just generally made sure we were having a good time! You always had a drink in your hand and plenty of food. The island is also so beautiful, so even though we actually didn't sail, not enough wind, we did get to see three different beaches with stunning waters and beaches. I highly recommend it for those who don't want to pay for a private day charter and want to explore a little bit. We even snorkeled, and it was pretty good since they have a submarine, helicopter, and plane for you to see underwater.

  Great trip! Fantastic crew, Captain Danillo and Samir. Got 2 extra stops. Beautiful beaches and snorkeling, and the luch was very good. Pick this tour!

• Great Day, But Not the Best Snorkeling

  The crew is fantastic. The catamaran was good. There were about 28 guests onboard but we had enough space so it didn’t feel too crowded. Overall we had a wonderful day and the sailing along the coast was awesome. The only thing that was below expectation was the primary snorkeling spot wasn’t very good. It was all sand with a couple of wrecked items like a small sub and a canon. If you’re expecting great snorkeling then this isn’t the tour for you (that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5). But if you just want to get in the water and swim a little and see some spectacular views (Long Bay was really nice), then this is a great tour. We also got to see a large jet land at the airport so that was cool. I would still recommend the his tour but not if you are really into snorkeling at reefs.

  If you are looking to have fun, food, and drinks (including beer, vodka, rum etc) included in a trip, then this is the best option. Cruise team is great. Captain K, Allan, and Frits (not sure about his name) are wonderful. They are friendly and will go to extra length for you to enjoy the trip. Just an amazing team to be with.

  This tour is amazing!!! I have done many catamaran tours over the last 10 years and this is by far my favorite. I was concerned about taking my 7 year old and 16 month old grandchildren and I should not have been. The captain and staff were amazing! This is a must do tour!

  I’ve done dozens of catamaran + snorkel trips in St. Maarten and other islands in the Caribbean and this was hands down the best experience I’ve had. Captain Keeron and his 4 man crew were phenomenal. They made time for every person on board and made us all feel like we were at home. Wonderful atmosphere! The first stop we swam in the reefs and saw dozens of species of fish. Between that and the next stop the crew put out a fishing line and caught a giant Mahi Mahi! The next stop we got to swim with GIANT Tarpon! Shortly after lunch was served and everything was absolutely delicious. The bar was open all day along with snacks before lunch! At 2 of the stops you had the option to swim over to the beach which both were perfect. Pool noodles and snorkel gear were available at every stop along with a floating lounge mat. A hands down unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this crew to anyone looking to make the most of their time in St. Maarten! 10/10!!
