Exceptional all the way through, from the correspondence with the tour guide to the facilities onboard. Treated like actual royalty on board by the staff. Glad we stayed and did the 2 nights.

An unforgettable experience in Ha Long Bay! The customer service was amazing – the crew was friendly, attentive, and made me feel so welcome. My room had a fantastic view from the window and the activities were fun and well-organized. Lastly, the views from the deck were stunning, especially at sunset. Overall, this trip was a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure and I highly recommend it!

Would highly recommend taking the 2 night cruise. Much better not to rush the trip and enjoy a full day out in the bay. The staff in the cruise were amazing and really treat you like royalty. They made sure we were happy every step of the way from pick up to drop off. They are very hard working and ensure a personalized experience. Each meal was tailored to suit any dietary needs. Always greeting you with a smile. I would recommend this trip to any of my friends or family
