3.00Pros - our guide was Miley and she was very good. Very knowledgeable and spoke in excellent clear English Cons - had this tour booked for weeks. Booked the 10.15am tour and with less than 24 hrs notice they emailed to say this was not available and that only 9am was available. This left us very little time to make alternative arrangements if we needed to. We had to speed walk from the ship to the city gates in time for the bus leaving! We arrived back at the bus 20 mins early as it was freezing cold but the driver would not let us on the bus and basically sent us off walking again. Crazy!!
