4.00It is a nice way to see Westminster Abbey and surroundkings with a guide. However, the guide went really fast and it wasn't always easy to follow her. She gave earphones to everyone so everyone could hear her while guiding because there was a lot of background noise due to all the other visitors, but we couldn't always understand her very well.
Perfect quick tour of Westminster Abbey and area!

5.00After walking past Big Ben, it’s a detailed tour of what’s inside Westminster Abbey, followed by changing of the guards, and then walking to Buckingham Palace. It’s about 3 hours and perfectly timed in each location. We loved our tour guide Isabel and would love to book with her again!

4.00It was great fun to see the changing of the guard. The abbey was beautiful ! Walking through St.James park was fun and beautiful. Would do it again.

1.00Absolutely horrible! We had a reservation and the maps led us slightly away from the meeting spot. We tried to email immediately to get hep and let them know (the only way to reach the company) and they did not reply. When they did, they said they couldn’t get a hold of the guide. Then they told me to call Viator. Their call center told me to reach the tour company. Really, really awful! Neither would refund us. I sent screenshots of how we obtained directions through the Viator app, they wouldn’t step up. Not only did we Miss the tour, we had to pay AGAIN to go into Westminster Abbey!!! In comparison, we had another tour. They messaged via email, text and WhatsApp. They checked in to confirm and then they gave us our guide contact information in case there were any problems. It can be done! Viator and City Wonders should reimburse me.
