Two ways to activate tickets: 1. Download and open the Big Bus app. Tap "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and press "Activate" then show your activated ticket to the driver at any stop along the route. Plus, use the app for route information and live bus tracking. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Chicago Riverwalk - 98 E. Wacker Drive (on the corner of Michigan and Wacker), or with any driver at any stop along the route.

2.00Audio poor. Only one driver explained things. Some staff were crabby. It was a nice way to see the city. Gave coupons for ice cream but didn’t tell us where the ice cream museum was to get some. Would say it was good way to see city so worth in that way. Expensive for what you got.

3.00Our first driver Felicia was outstanding. She narrated with appropriate humor, she advised for safety and was pleasant. The driver that took over for her at her break was absolutely horrendous. He did not say anything except stop numbers and to yell at someone not following safety protocol, which he never announced. He was rude, did not introduce himself, and was unaware of the comfort of his passengers. We left a hefty tip for Felicia, but nothing for the relief driver.
