The trip was lovely and very informative, though it would have been nice to see more of the city. It still seemed to capture the magic of the city very well and offered a convenient way to move around and explore a new city. Bring water and sunscreen, and be prepared to wait for the next bus in case the first one you see is too full, though the wait times are not very long.
Great bus tour but ‘free’ bike hire is a scam

The hop-on hop-off bus tour was well worth it—informative, convenient, and a great way to explore Miami. We really enjoyed the experience overall. That said, we had two minor letdowns. First, the drivers could have been a bit more welcoming and engaging. Second, the advertised “1 hour of free bike hire” was misleading. When we went to collect bikes for a ride with our kids, we were told the bikes were technically free, but we’d still have to pay an additional fee to actually ride them. It felt like a bit of a scam—free shouldn’t come with a hidden cost!

Well worth doing for overview of Miami. Would recommend sitting upstairs - downstairs can get stuffy if weather is warm. Especially enjoyed the Little Havana stop.

Need more detailed information to explain Everglades Excursion, what to expect, etc. Was an excellent adventure.
