Customers are advised to visit the Big Bus website or to download the Big Bus app to see the most up to date bus stop locations and timings. Stop 2 - South Beach (Metro bus stop in front of CVS Pharmacy)

Stop 5 - Mid Beach/RIU Hotel (metro bus stop in front of the RIU Hotel, between 31st & 32nd St)

Stop 6 - North Beach/Fontainebleu & Lexington Hotels (metro bus stop in front of the Lexington Hotel)

Stop 7 - Design District/Midtown (metro bus stop located right beneath the overpass/bridge)

We chose to sit inside the bus as we didn’t want to be in the sun for an extended period of time. There was no air conditioning inside the bus. By the time we got to the next stop- about 45 min later- we were drenched in sweat. We did not try another bus. I was not impressed the the stop location. It was at cvs …. close to South beach but was still several blocks away. Had we continued, the bus may have gone on ocean ave… which would be great because after walking down there it is a cool place with wonderful art deco and fun beach access.

No Air Con below. The 48hr pass for the night tour, bus and boat cruise package you would assume means it can be done within 48 hours. But the boat cruise and night tour must be done on day 1, within 24 hours but you have 48 hours to ride the bus. Boat tour was good, Bus Tour ok, crowded and an old bus,. Problem was there was no one to talk to about having the night tour the next night, the bus driver said see the people at the ticket booth and the ticket booth people said see the bus driver at 8pm who is the Manager but we had a dinner already booked in so lost the night tour.

Really enjoyed the tour and the option to hop on and off. We decided to go to little Havana first because this was a stop we definitely didn’t want to miss. To little Havana from stop # 3 took about an hour, so just keep that in mind.

I was very upset, because I suppose to get a bus tour and a boat tour, but I only got one tour just the bus tour not the boat tour, I walked around the marketplace everywhere to get the boat tour, but they said they don’t recognize this ticket.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tour. This was our first time visiting Miami. The tour really helped to get a general layout of the city. The views were awesome. We chose the boat tour option as well. It was beautiful and informative. Our hotel was at Biscayne Bay. The tours began and ended at Bayside Market, which was only about a mile and half down the street. I would definitely recommend it.
