Hop on our Evening Tour at Stop #1 Oprea (Walfischgasse 2, 1010) The tour departs at 6:00pm and the duration is 1.5 hour. Please activate your ticket with a staff member before boarding.

5.00It's all in the presenter! We've travelled on Big Bus in San Francisco (twice), New York, DC, London - and Vienna. The Vienna guy was the best! The others all need to lift their game (no recordings)

1.00Wish I could give zero stars. Went to the meeting spot well before the time I was advised. Only to sit out in the cold for almost an hour and the bus never arrived. Glad I paid for something I never got to enjoy. Do better with your directions or timing.

5.00Meeting place is very hard to find, please add better signage & directions! "In front of ROLEX & ANKER" We even got directions from Tourist Info & they sent us to the wrong side of the opera house. Once we got on the nus, it was great. - no stops, runs continously with narrated guide who was very knowledgeable.

5.00Mike was the best Big Bus guide I have had in any city. I take the Big Bus a lot when I travel to a new place and I have never had a guide so entertaining as Mike. I learned so much about the sites and the city as well. Highly recommend this tour!

1.00We booked the 90 minute round trip evening tour - 70 Euro for two of us. The online map shows the wrong stop!! We got to that stop 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time and waited at it for 20 mins as we wanted top deck seat. A driver did appear but said he was off duty, I asked him if he evening tour started from here (where it said it did on the app) and he said no and pointed to a stop around 500 metres away. I said to him the app says it goes from here he shrugged and said 'speak to the supervisor'. we had to run to correct stop to avoid missing bus. 2 other couples who like us went to the wrong stop because of the app, were not as fit as us and missed the tour. Staff didn't care. Had to sit below deck as well as the top deck was full when we eventually arrived. The tour was spoiled being below we only saw 1/2 the things on offer. The Audio upstairs partially failed leading the guide to stop giving commentary for about 10 mins while he sorted it out. Tour is a waste of money - download a free walking tour instead is my advice
