3.00Not impressed with the lack of stops, and places to catch the bus . Lack of buses,waited on average 20 minutes and once 45 min. Driver was swearing at another driver, and yelling at customers saying just go, go, hurry up!! Very unprofessional

3.00We were a bit frustrated that we could not find the stops in Vatican city there were several guys in the red shirts who kept giving wrong info not once mentioned near castle. Not your fault, but there was so much traffic. We didn’t get to see much.

5.00I had several hours to wait for my hotel check in when I arrived in Rome. The Big Bus Tour was a great way to see all the highlights of this city and determine where I wanted to spend more time touring over the next few days. Super easy booking and the hop on and off added a flexibility to my day. Buses were frequent so I didn't have too wait to long at each stop.
