  If not cloudy it can get we hot you need sun hats but several parts were quite windy but it’s a great tour and we learned lots of interesting facts about Singapore

  I recommend the big bus. It is well organised with plenty of friendly and helpful staff at the Suntec main stop and courteous, careful drivers. It’s a good way to get your bearings and gain an overview of the city. iPhone ticketing works well. Having the ability to track the buses on the app is a game changer for hop on/off making it easy and efficient.

  As with all Hop On/Off bus tours, this is a great introduction to a new city. Travel around the full route once or twice, sitting either side of the bus, The buses have little shelter from the intense sun on the top deck, so it is sometimes helpful to travel part of the route downstairs in the air conditioned cool. Once you have travelled the route and listens to the commentary, you can then decide where best to hop off and walk. We did the 48 hour ticket combined with the night tour (the night tour has a live guide, visit to the hawker food market and watching the evening supertree light disolay - definitely worth it - if it is raining they provide plastic ponchos for the evening and group size was limited to about 25-30 people). For the main routes, the green route is a good way to see Little India, Chinatown and the Moslem quarter. the red route is a good way to travel up to the botanical gardens.

  Sadly I thought it was a waste of money. Look up where to go in Singapore and get the train. Very disappointed as it was very expensive

  This is a must do to help you get your bearings and see some of the places you want to go back to. I got on the yellow live and then hopped onto the red line and then back onto the yellow line so I got around most of Singapore. The buses are in good condition and the inclusion of the headphones with guided talk in many languages was awesome!!! As was the map perfect I found a difference with the drivers tho as some were not helpful and I was on the bus for a good half hour before I realised about getting headphones and map as the driver didn’t mention them and there was no sign to advise about them I also love that they sell water on board

  Buses ran frequently and had room for riders. It was a good way to see the major points of the city.

  2 routes (Red & Yellow) take you around the various points of interest. Buses can get very crowded at times but soon tend to thin out, while the top deck is partially open to the elements at the front so can get wet at times. Consider good value overall and the Big Bus App worked well with the Viator tickets. Unable to comment on the commentary as wasn’t given any earphones - probably because I joined the bus at at different stop to the main Suntec City hub - but not overly bothered and could have requested some if desired.

  Sightseeing at own pace. Fully guided on the night portion of the tour that will take you back to a stop near hotel when the night tour is completed.
