Great tour but flawed Viator process to get tickets

4.0The actual tour was a great introduction to the city, especially with the flexibility of hopping off at locations we wanted to visit and then hopping back on a later bus. The only downside is that Viator did not email the tickets for the bus nor could we download them in the app. We gad to taxi to the Sun City terminal to get our tickets at the Big Bus booth. This meant we couldn't simply join the tour from the stop nearest our hotel. Viator should have another look at this oart of the process.

5.0Great experience Easy to use and affordable transportation option. Would highly recommend this tour. Be aware that the buses are not 24 hours so you may still need other transportation occasionally.

3.0Exchange of vouchers at booth was seamless. Most drivers are smooth, and any operators on the bus are cordial. Hard to control earphone volume on complimentary descriptions. One rude yellow line driver was too impatient to wait 10 more seconds at orchid garden for me to find my paper ticket (you know who you are 6 Jan 2025) causing loss of 2 stars to all. Night tour had a funny guide (Emma?) but was essentially a waste of time, 3 stops esp the satay one, light show at super grove observatory was fun but I went there on the MRT on my own time without having to listen to ‘tips are appreciated’

5.0Best operated Big Bus HOHO tour to date. Well coordinated from check-in, boarding and timeliness of the buses. Good way to get the lay of the land before heading out to key events and locations.
