Hop-On Hop-Off buses are equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guests may activate ticket in Big Bus app or in person with Big Bus staff at Stop #1, or with driver at any stop along the route
Tickets include two free self-guided walking tours on the AudioMe app. Explore areas beyond the bus route with engaging audio guides covering Vancouver’s history, landmarks, and culture
Winter Season (October-April) - 10 stops with a 35-40 min frequency. Duration or 60 minutes.
Summer Season (May-September) - 14 stops with a 15-30 min frequency. Duration or 120 minutes.

5.00Sherrie was the best driver. She was very informative, funny, interactive and kind. Gave us way more information than the recording on one of the other buses we were on.

5.00Comfortable seats and interesting facts. The app has photos of exactly where you should stand to catch the bus, and an accurate time of when it will arrive so you could Hop On. Driver Sherry's lively comments and jokes were able to be heard clearly. The second driver we had used the recording, which was also informative. Advance of a stop, the sights were listed so you could decide to Hop Off. Between stops, you were directed on what to look for ahead and down the cross streets. Historical, cultural, and current living in Vancouver covered, and architecture explained. Very enjoyable experience.

5.00To get to know the main points of the city (mainly in Downtown Vancouver), it is an excellent experience. Sherry is a guide and driver who gives her best and has a unique way of telling stories. I highly recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5.00The Big Bus tour is worth every cent. The audio guided tours are informative, but if you want a tailored guided tour with with and humor, you really need to ride with Sherry, the only Lady driver. She is warm, welcoming and an absolute hoot!

5.00It was our first trip to Vancouver. By taking the hop on and off tour bus we were able to see and do everything on our sightseeing list. Sherry was excellent and lots of fun. The ‘live’ guides are amazing. The other guide was Simon, and he was good too. I recommend the 48 hour pass, if you are there a few days.

5.00We had an amazing bus tour visiting Shannon Falls, the Sea to Sky Gondola, and Whistler, and it was absolutely 100% worth it. The scenery was breathtaking—everything was covered in snow, making the mountains, forests, and waterfalls look incredibly beautiful and magical. Our tour guide, Alex MacDougall, made the experience even better. He was extremely knowledgeable about the region and shared a lot of interesting history and facts throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly and was very fluent, making it easy to follow along and enjoy the stories about the area. He was also very friendly and welcoming (muy amigable), which created a great atmosphere for the whole group. Shannon Falls was stunning, and the hike to the viewpoint was short and very enjoyable, with beautiful scenery along the way leading to an impressive view of the waterfall. The Sea to Sky Gondola was especially beautiful with the snowy landscape all around. After going up, the indoor area at the top was cozy and a perfect place to warm up while enjoying the incredible mountain views. Whistler was also a wonderful stop, with many stores and restaurants to visit. It was a great place to walk around, explore, and grab something to eat while enjoying the charming village atmosphere. Overall, the stops were well planned and gave us enough time to explore, take photos, and enjoy each place. This tour is a fantastic way to see some of the most beautiful places near Vancouver in a single day. Highly recommend it!

5.00With limited time, the Hop off and Hop on bus gave us a great experience. We stayed on the bus one round wirh Simon who was very informative. We got off after one round when Simon told us about the steam clock and since we also was getting off, he walked with us and took our picture in front of the clock. After exploring on our own for a while, we got back on the bus to return to the hotel. Sherry was the driver that time and we wished we had time to ride another complete round since she seemed to be very funny in telling her stories of what you would see along the route.
