Right after contracting our service, you will receive a voucher, proving your reservation for the date. Then we will contact you to give the greetings, making ourselves available in case you have any questions to be resolved. We will contact you again in advance of your arrival, to inform the name and contact of the driver who will assist you. From the moment your flight takes off, we will be monitoring the entire route so that we are always aware of changes in schedules if they occur. Upon arrival at the airport, our driver will be waiting for you. For international flights, you will have 90 minutes from the exact moment of landing to arrive at the arrivals terminal. And 30 minutes for domestic flights. Our driver will be waiting for you at the same arrivals terminal with a sign with your name on it, so you can identify him. He will also contact you to share his exact location and will be available in case you need any assistance. After boarding the vehicle, you will travel to Manhattan. Along the way, our driver will be able to share some information about the city, giving tips, advice, and telling you a little about New York. Upon arriving at your destination, our driver will say goodbye to you and thank you for your trust. We would like to point out that NO additional fees will be charged, such as tolls, gasoline and parking. All rates are already included in the amount paid upon contracting. Tips are always welcome!

5.00This is a great service. I received a WhatsApp msg once I had booked it, confirming all the details. The day before I arrived, I received another WhatsApp confirming the pick-up location and name of the driver. Marlon drove us into Manhattan, which is not an easy job due to the incredible amount of traffic. The SUV was warm and comfortable, so it didn't really matter that it took 1 1/2 hours to get to the hotel in Midtown. The day before we left, we got another WhatsApp with a time for pick up at our hotel. Again, Marlon was there on time and got us back to JFK in good time for our flight. I would certainly recommend this service as a great and hassle free airport transfer.

5.00Amazing experience with the drivers that picked us up in JFK and the Hotel. I would easily trust my family safety and transportation to them. Easy to recommend. Great and spacious cars with all the space you need for family luggage. They also provided a nice car seat for our baby. 5 stars all the way!

Our driver Victor was friendly and very helpful great conversation too! Cars was super comfortable and spacious. I would definitely recommend anyone using this company. 5.00Not much to say other than it was excellent. Very responsive team, on top of both the arrival and departure. Met where discussed, picked up at hotel for return trip. Vehicle was clean, and very well maintained. Driver was professional, and did not engage in any risky or questionable driving (which is pretty common in NYC - I'd never drive there! lol). Private drive, nice to be able to relax.

5.00It was just the transfer from the hotel to the airport. Belominas did everything they could to meet my need. Also, when we left the hotel, the driver (Victor) was already waiting for us and was extremely friendly, communicative and helpful throughout the journey.
