Important Notice For your safety and enjoyment, if sea conditions, strong winds, or weather around the Blue Cave are not suitable, our guide may choose an alternative location for the tour. We kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be offered in the case of a location change.
Health and Safety Guidelines For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that anyone with the following conditions does not participate in the tour: • Pregnancy • Heart conditions ・Epilepsy • Diabetes • High blood pressure • Ear, nose, or throat conditions • Respiratory conditions • Asthma • Pneumonia • Currently taking medication • Feeling unwell due to alcohol consumption or a hangover If any of the above apply to you, we’re very sorry, but participation in the tour will not be possible. We also kindly ask for your understanding that refunds cannot be provided even if you arrive on the day of the tour.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

For customers participating in diving activities: Due to the increased risk of Decompression sickness, flying after the tour is not permitted. Guests who have a scheduled flight after the tour will not be allowed to participate. Thank you for your understanding. Please also note that we are unable to offer refunds for any changes or cancellations due to flight schedules. We kindly ask that you make your reservation with full understanding of this policy.
Participation is limited to guests aged between 12 and 45.
Participants with high blood pressure or high cholesterol are not permitted to join. Please note that participation is not allowed even if you are currently on medication for these conditions. Additionally, we do not offer refunds to customers who are unable to participate due to high blood pressure or high cholesterol, so please ensure you fully understand this policy before booking.
Participants weighing over 100 kg are not permitted to join. Please be advised.

2.00my friends and i have been wanting to explore blue cave for a while now which is why we booked this. the weather the day of ended up being rainy, and instead of blue cave, they moved the scuba to a entirely different area. we decided to cancel, seeing as we only reserved this because we wanted to go to blue cave, but when we called we were told we would not recieve a refund because 1. it was less than 24 hours notice, and 2. because the trip was still occuring but not in the proper location. the trip says blue cave on it, if we arent going to blue cave, then we arent getting what we actually paid for. they justified this by saying it was on the website. i checked and after looking for 10 minutes i found it in very, very fine print. second, yes it was less than 24 hours notice, but as was the cancellation of the location. it is ridiculous that they can change the entire event location a few hours before it happens and we arent allowed to get a refund for it. not to mention, the location is their business's entire advertising. it is honestly baffling. my friends ended up going to the second location, i did not. they had an enjoyable experience which is the only reason i rated this two stars. dont book with these people unless you dont care about going to blue cave and just want to scuba dive.

1.00The weather conditions were bad and blue cave was closed. They took us somewhere else, but it’s not what I originally paid for. I asked to reschedule or even a partial refund, but they didn’t allow it. I don’t recommend scheduling with Viator.

5.00Instructor was very professional and helpful, explaining everything so that the diving tour went smooth. Once equipment is equipped, and the walk down to the ocean, instructor guided us into the depth, trough the cave, and took pictures. Highly recommend
